*Li'ad leads Sapphire out the back door of the Inn into the larger clearing area behind the building, turning to her when they were outside and a bit away from the building and raising his hands up to her face level, ready to put them on either of her temples.* "I am going to cast a spell to alter your sight the same way I altered mine last time. It will allow you to see the lines of magic flowing through the world around you and through yourself as well."

((When you look at Li'ad he is pretty much a solid line of magic, since his form is technically a spell, not his actualy form. Also, he would appear very weakly in that sense since there is a minimal amount of magic to him, and he keeps the rest of it contained and hidden away. Beside that she would be able to see the faint traces of magic in the trees and nature in general around her as well.))

"When I choose too. There are all forms of sight to see the world with. If you know how to use the sight, you can see just about anything. This part may be a bit disconcerting now." *He says, placing his right hand flat on the center of her chest.* "I am going to connect your lines to mine, in a sense. Dont worry, it isnt a permanent thing, just dont try to pull away or let yourself be pulled too deep into it. I will be here to guide you."

*He closes his eyes and concentrates on the spell, letting his magic move slowly into Sapphire's body and drawing hers into him. A stong sense of cold came over her with his magic, along with a feeling as if looking into a deep well whose bottom couldnt be seen.*

**I need you to remember a time when you conjured forth your magic Miss Sapphire.** *He says to her inside her mind through the connection now between them.* **Bring forth the memory, and sing. I will do the rest.**

*Drawing on her memory, and focusing on her singing, Li'ad creates something of a barrier around Sapphire's energy, keeping it bound within her own body so it cannot be drawn forth. Instead he let his energy flow through the lines of her body and pushes it, in a sense, to manifest similarly through her singing the same way hers did in her memory.*

*Li'ad locks onto the flow of energy through Sapphire as the illusion begins to take shape, mapping it in his mind. As the illusion disappears, he smiles inwardly.*

**Very good, now lets try again, only this time, let go of the memory from last time and keep the feeling of that energy flow in mind instead.** *With those words, he connects Sapphire's mind to his again to show her the way he felt the energy flow through her body when the illusion started to form.*

**And that is part of the reason why you can't. You need to have confidence. Magic isnt a thing to be coerced into what you want it to do, you need to control it, give it form. And you have to know that you can do it. You dont need to worry or hold back at all, you are in no danger of losing yourself right now. Your energy is not what you are manipulating, it is mine.**
