No, these aren't those kinds of canker sore. If it was one I could get rid off with salt, they would be long gone. Salt will ust make them worse. I know, I've tired a hundred time to burn 'em off. I highly suspect tht these are stress induced, either that or cancer.
My aunt has them too, and she has to take medication for it.
