*squints more* ...nope, that's only Yazoo. Seems like Kadaj has SOMETHING going on involving buckles, and in most pictures he's just wearing pants, but dangit...in some pictures I see something drapey but I can't figure out what.

I believe for Kadaj its like a jacket that zips up in the middle, front and back. Splits into two that go down his legs on the sides.

*stares for a while* Okay, that looks like a normal pant tucked into a boot but with a small leather APRON tied just below the knee. ^^; And the left side looks like a split bellbottom scrunched up above the boot. *rofl*
...so maybe it's just bellbottoms, basically. With a band around the right calf.
