Allow me, then, to be the first Gryff you don't know to extend greetings!
I don't know why, but if you look at most all of my posts from today, they are rather wording and kind of old fashioned sounding. I guess I just feel a tad melodramatic today.
And, aw, life is handing my Super lemons? I am very very sorry to hear that...
Life is handing me a few as well, I don't think Scottie will be able to move up here as soon as we'd hoped, plus I'm stuck at my dads all week... KILL ME NOW!

Sounds about right... heck it may as well be raining them... OH, yeah I just underwent a name change... It's still Ri, though... This is the name I wanted when I first joined but it wouldn't let me have it... Now it did! Yay!

*Stomps in Common Room* *sighs* Ok, all eyes over here! *points to self* In case, you people HAVEN'T read my previous rant, it's right here! Aquajade ATTENTION!!Alright everyone! Listen up, because I'm only saying this once! The Slytherins and Ravenclaws are beating us out for creative works! We need to bare our teeth and get things moving! I want you to dig into your creative/artistic minds, folders, websites, whatever you have to and find great Gryffindor and Hogwarts graphics: icons, banners, fanfic's, videos, whatever you can find that is visually good and send it in! If you find something you think is worth a look, put the link in a PM, with credit, of course and send it to me, Aquajade, your Head Of House. There is not a deadline for these, as of yet, but that doesn't mean you can slack off. SEND THEM IN RIGHT AWAY! DON'T DELAY!... And I'm out of breath and rhymes. *flops in chair* To that, I have been asked where the thread is on that and the answer is, there isn't one. But, it is a way to help you, me, us to gather house points and hopefully win the House Cup. *takes breath* On a personal note, the Head of Ravenclaw, Lady, has been in a car accident recently and has asked me, to strongly urge you to join the Blarney Banner contest, detail are available on the Read First Announcement. *sigh* when it rains, it pours, eh? LIterally, even. There was some really heavy rain going on night before last here, and a couple of boys were playing out in it by the creek. Well, one of them got washed away, and I just found out that it was one of my brother's friends from our karate class.... I don't want to tell Philip, but I'm worried that Mr. Hardy might make an announcement about it at next class....

I am the same way... Phil was sitting right there when I got the text about it from my uncle... I almost bust out crying... I managed to keep it in, but I did gasp and choke a little, so Phil spent about ten minutes asking... I had to delete the text before he looked at it....

He found out when my mom called earlier and told him... He pretended like it didnt matter to him... But I could tell he was kind of upset... And he wouldn't have gotten mad. He never gets mad about stuff like that.
Ok.. on a lighter note.... um.... I did a new picture for my art portfolio today! I was going through my dads stuff (yes, I was snooping) and I found a bunch of pictures from the karate tournament I was in in 2005. I found a couple of pictures and did a line drawing in ink of a collage of them...It looks pretty cool...
