Having glanced at the door a second before it was knocked upon, she glanced back at the captain. Whoever it was apparently didn't care to be heard. A dangerous thing in thier line of work. Letting her muscles relax slightly, she took a few steps over. Now standing slightly in front of, but to the side of, the captains desk, she half faced her and the door. Looking back at her captain she chuckled, proud of the simple words somehow. "I am glad to hear that ma'm. That means you might know then, what to expect about me. And my work. ", Apollime responded. With her arms crossed, back straight, her thumbs rested on one of the releases on her gloves. Her new captain had already earned a lot of respect from her for her attitude and demeanor, and therefore some loyalty; that was just how Apollime was. So now, a she watched the door, though the captain seemed completely at ease, and she herself looked it, she never was, and rather doubted the captain was either. Apollime stood balanced on the balls of her feet, legs spreads shoulder width apart to attack if the need called. If she moved her thumbs a hairbreath in, she would trigger the release of the long blades in her gloves, and the person would never see her move. She was far too wary in a new place to sit just yet, but she inclined her head at the offer, chooseing instead to stand as she was, seemingly at ease. But with her training and background, this was about as at ease as she ever was. "Yes ma'm."

"Actually...Acrobat does fit her perfectly.." Xinrie's stance had become casual, one hand tucked under her elbow, while the other rested just underneath her chin as if she were thinking hard about something. "Well Anyway, Guess yer codename'll be Acrobat. As you know I'm Stalker, that one over thier with the uh...Blond hair." She eyed Kairin and her new attire with a once over, Her black hair had turned a shockingly yellow shade and came down in curls to the edge of back. The complete oppsite of it's origonal short black straight look. Plus She was so tan now, she looked like her skin was almost gold in color. "Uh, That's your Lieutenant Rubiks, He." she jutted a finger to gene. "Is known as Paradigm, and the other." She notioned at Cyrith. "Is Rapier, and finally this one." Sh pointed at the gigantic amber wolf, towering over her should. "Is my wolf Saun....We have one more member, but hes off snagging the last of our crew apparently...anyway we best keep moving." She nodded sligtly with a smile before contining down the path. "This place is deserted because it was conruered around fifty or so years ago by Urkal. The city Urkal is actually run by foreginers who built the massive town in order to literally suck supplies dry from this one. It worked and the people eventually left....some went on to form the thieves guild thats in Urkal today, the rest pretty much scatttered everywhere, Prejuidice is still extremly high here because of that."

"So, what you are saying, Stalker, is that we are basically in a post-warzone. Okay, but other than random thieves and brigands, what are some of the threats we might meet up with?" Cyrith had already fallen into his merc persona, all business, and no play. it wouldn't do to randomly fall into some guys trap just because you were lax in your observance.
So, with that in mind, he kept an eye open on the surroundings, noting all the places in the ruins that you could possibly hide. That was when he saw movement from the corner of his eye, or thought he did, at least. It could have been a mini-dust devil, but he doubted it. "Hey Stalker, I have something to check out really quick. I will catch up to you shortly." He ran forward then dashed off to the left, opposite of the movement he had seen.

She followed them closely, playing with what seemed to be two floating metal orbs, she hummed and laughed. "This is boring, walking through a desert." She sighed but it was part of her mission. She blinked as she saw Cyrith run to the opposite direction. "Hmm..that looks like fun..." She said wanting to chase him but decided not to,it was already hot enough, but for some odd reason she seemed fine in the harsh weather. "Couldn't we had gotten a vehicle..?" She said as she had seen many vehicles back at the base. "What will we do at the Urkal exactly,I haven't been briefed that far." she said with a bored look.

Erald opens the door and walks inside, noticing the two people, he guesses the one sitting down is Eva. "Recruit Erald Flame, reporting for duty Ma'am." *As he says this he salutes and holds the position*

"Cool, two in a row." She smiled lopsidedly, her scar again twisting into a hook. "Let's have your story then, Erald. Specialties, training, that sort of thing." She was very close to laughing. Though she, like Appolime, came from a very disciplined and rigorous school of doing things, she was a fundamentally laid back person, and constantly sarcastic. Not to say that she lacked focus or convictions. She just felt that being that high strung all the time was hardly healthy. So, when confronted with two seperate people who had knocked before coming into her office and then held themselves rigidly at attention, she felt unreasonably happy. Two people who seemed to have similar value systems to herself, and were accidentally funny in the process. "Ah, and the shadow by the door is another fresh recruit. You'll notice that she's ready to kill you if you stick a little baby toe out of line."

Like always, Gene would take the rear guard of the group. He let the medic walk infront of him, and walked behind her carrying the backpack near him. His SEC Uniform took the colors of the surrounding ruins: the colors of the cobblestone, the colors of the dry grass around them, and the colors of the dirt, making his uniform a mostly gray brownish color.
The moment the medic asked, he replied. "We're going to Urkal to keep watch of a certain area to keep it away from thieves' hands, as far as I've been told by Stalker over there." He took out one of the elemental guns when he saw Rapier dash towards one particular direction, stretching his arm to the pack and picking one of them up and bringing it forward. He didn't aim it at anything, but had the gun at the ready should anything pop up from the opposite direction.
"So, Acrobat... You look like too nice of a girl to be in a mercenary gang like ourselves. What brings you to the Mishaps?" Naturally, someone like this was even more odd than seeing a kid and an orangutan with a gatling gun. Anyways, it always came in handy to make conversation with the hot ones. One never knew when you would be stranded with your female partner in a particularly isolated area for days; then it was best to know your partner fairly well.

It was a usual day, But yet Rai was not to be found for days. Rai thought that he was.. Under skilled. He felt like he knew almost nothing about.. anything. The days he was gone he bought a gun and learned to use it. Of course he isn't any expert at using one, because he just learned how to hold it, fire it.. Basically know how to control it just 2 days ago. A sigh came over Rai as a broken bow laid before him on a stump in the woods. Time to let that go.. To move on. The bow was to weak. A chuckle came over him, as he thought how much he used it. Of how much he relied on it. Seiko, Rai's pet falcon, landed on his padded shoulder, and stared at the bow. Far from the bow, that not even Seiko could see it, Rai dug his hands in his pockets. He was now off to the mishaps, to improve his skills and to help in any way he could.

The slightest twitch at the corner of her mouth was the only indication Apollime wanted to laugh, with her eyes trained on the other new recruit. She almost ejected to blade to examine it, just so he would see, then thought better of it, figureig surprise was better if she actually had to use it. But inside she was rolling, mostly as she knew if the man had actually done something stupid like move his foot or toe to be a smarta$$ she would have actually blown it off. Then really laughed. But she was a reasonable person, so she was trying to behave, but she really wanted to laugh at the captain. I am going to love this place. I can already tell.., she thought to herself, thinking of everything so far. Normally, though always alert and not to far from a weapon, she could relax. She was more laid back, and usually laughing and smiling, perhaps cracking jokes. But in a new place, where she was completely unsure of what to expect for now, besides strange people, with guns; yeah. She was just perfectly fine being rigid at attention. Still trying to force the laughter from her throat she cleared her throat and raised a brow at the boy, wondering if he was having to get some big story striaght in his head to tell the captain.Pssh. Better hope not and I find out.
