Raising an eyebrow at the two ghouls that came into the bar, she knew what they were when she spotted them. However, who they worked for didn't come to her as quickly, her eyes moved over their weapons and the logo on their belts. A frown came over her features as she glanced between them and Fenrir waiting to see if he'd explain it to her or if she'd have to guess. Shaking her head and trying not to laugh at the current sticky mess that Fenrir had got himself into, Rose simply waved to him as he started to leave.

After he had left, Rose moved off the stool her glass in hand still as she reached down to grab the folder. Turning it over in her hands, she bit down on her lip in thought before glancing at the ghouls again. The name didn't sound familiar to her, but... those logos still did look more then familiar to her. Sipping on her drink with a shrug as she started to flip through the folder and reading what was written there. If the wrong person(s) were to come in... seeing Rose standing over the two unconscious bodies and reading the folder there, it would look quite bad.

Her boots tapped gently against the hard wood flooring as she moved into the bar room and shook the rain and snow from her black and purple streaked hair. Her dark eyes moved across the room before going towards the counter, where she pushed herself up on to it. Swinging her legs slightly, she ran her fingers through ehr soaked hair while her eyes moved towards a window to watch the rain/snow mix that was falling quite heavily. Shrugging off her thick coat, she adjusted her black corset before resting her hands on her denim clad legs. Her tail was swaying idly behind her as she relaxed and waited to see if the snow would let up soon or not.

*The terribly familar sound of a crescending orchestra accompanied by lead guitar emerged as Sophus arose from a black pool beneath the floorboards. The dramatic music came to a silence once the pool had dribbled off of his persona and vanished as soon as it had previously emerged, leaving him just standing there in standard bard like attire.
He flicked the frilly cuffs of his shirt forwards as they seemed to have an annoying tendancy to roll over his black jacket sleeves and gave off a soft tutting sound to himself.
As he leered upwards from the swinging legs he noticed a familiar face, only slightly wetter.*

..And what brings you here on such a ghastly night ?

*His voice was soft, like the days before he was bought aware of his emotional savgery. His lips accutely pronounced the words with articulance and with a slight finesse.
Finally it seemed that the other souls that shared his body had given up and let him be himself for the night.
To Sophus it was a sheer pleasure to not have an aching pain shouting to attack something.*

Her ears laid back against her head as she heard the music starting to play and quite loudly at that. Looking towards the pool as he rose out of it, she smiled softly with a faint blush as she kept swinging her legs. "I was out walking when it turned worse," she told him, speaking softly as she had before, just loud enough for him to hear her from where he was standing. "You seem... better," she told him, watching him as her ears slowly perked up once again. The last time, the time they had meet, he didn't seem to good or happy for that matter, but now... he seemed relaxed and content about something. "Want a drink," she offered to him, Hope was already at the bar as it was, so without waiting for his reply, she picked her legs up and swung them over the ledge. Pushing off the counter, she landed quietly on her feet before turning to the bottles and glancing over the labels. She didn't seem as shy with him as she had been before, but there was still a bit of nervousness in her speech and looks she gave him.

*With a coy smile to himself he ordered his favourite drink, a shot of whiskey mixed in with coke before joining her at the bar.
With a wild shake he unclothed his jacket from him and lay on the stool next to him.
The heat from the tavern was starting to warm to his skin, something about this tavern made him always feel so relaxed and safe, even if half the time monsters from other dimensions would end up fighting the pointy teeth cainites.
He took a moment to himself to adore the reconstruction of the tavern after the amounts of times it had been knocked down and at that point a mild memory of Azrael came into place.
He blinked hard and focused on the now, at his new favourite bar maid.*

What are you drinking ?

Nodding to his order, she quickly searched for a bottle of whiskey, not recognizing it from just the bottle itself. Her tail was swaying behind her as she hummed quietly while going at the task at hand. Pulling bottle down, she undid the top while reaching for a glass for him with her tail. Her eyes looked up at him while she reached into the mini fridge for a coke and saw how he looked around the room as if admiring it after being gone on a long trip. When his eyes turned back to her, her cheeks flared a dark pink as she looked back down at the glass which was by this point filled for him. "I-I don't usually drink," she told him, shaking her head to his question as she handed him the glass. In fact, she had only drank once before and that was just a few sips of a wine that Sera had her try.

"What brings you back here," she asked him, leaning her arms against the counter and forward. Unknowingly giving a nice view to Sophus due to her corset being so low cut in the front. Her tail was still swaying contently while she idly ran her fingers along the scars on the wood counter top. She was glad he had returned for whatever reason, it gave her a familiar face to speak with while she waited out the snow storm.

*His eyes swayed along with her tail as she prepared his beverage until the moment she leant forward.
The fact that she didnt drink much stunned him, but her frontage had stunned him more so.
He had always had a thing for corsets and the way they made made women 'perk' up.
Sophus gazed hard at her cheeks which were still mildly tinted red , trying not to stare at her cleavage.
After a few moments silence he remembered that she asked him a question.

( Ah s**t stupid brain )

Many reasons. I miss MANY aspects of this place. The wide variety of people, the warmth, the smell. The fact that theres always magically a full bottle of whisky lying around. The workers around her dont give it much credit.
I was also hoping to see Jammer but i kind of knew he wouldnt be working here.

*He wrapped his long fingers around the glass so that his silver rings and 'alternative' jewellery gave of a mild shime as they met, and then took a sip.
It tasted great, smooth and light and that smell of the whiskey always comforted him.
He swallowed then tilted the glass towards her.*

You want to try some ?

She had been about to repeat her question, not realizing the reason for the silence was due to the free show she was giving off, when he replied finally. At the mention of worker there, she bit down on her bottom lip in silent thought. "I'm afraid I don't know him," she finally told him before giving him an apologetic smile.

Biting on her lip once again in a nervous manner at his offer, she looked down at the glass before mentally shrugging. Couldn't hurt by just trying it.. there wasn't that much alcohol in there after all, she thought to herself before reaching for the glass once again. After he'd let go of it, she'd slowly raise it to her lips and tilt the glass enough to take a small mouthful. Her nose crinkled up slightly at the strong smell, but she didn't let it bother her as she quickly swallowed the burning liquid. It had an unique taste to it, but it was the burning sensation that got to her. Coughing slightly, she sat the glass down before raising her hand to her throat and idly rubbing it. "S-stronger then I thought," she murmured as her cheeks flushed once again in embarrassment.

Ah well i kind of expected that. He used to serve me drinks and always kept the place nice and tidy....

*He laughed aloud as she caughed on the whiskey. To him it didnt seem that strong but perhaps an immunity had built up from when he was always drinking it straight from the bottle.
Feeling a little bad he gave an apologetic look and placed both of his hands flat on the table.*

Perhaps a Baileys would be more your thing, if not i'd try a few red wines. Some Rose' wines are nice too.

*He looked away from her breasts again and focused on his wrists. Once again he folded back the ruffles on the wrists of his shirt.*

Bloody thing, you would think they would make some sort of thin wire that would fit inside it to stop it from folding back.
Grrr.

Her cheeks turned even pinker at his laughter as she lowered her eyes shyly away from his face. Her eyes were caught by the shining rings on his fingers, which glittered almost in the lighting above him. Biting on her lip, she resisted the urge to lean forward to get a better look at them. "I've tried a red wine before," she told him, glancing up at him once again. "I don't remember the name, but it was nice," she told him. Her eyes now moving towards his wrists and smiling softly at his comment. Reaching out for his hand with her's, she idly moved a finger along the seam while speaking to him about the wire. "You could add some yourself, not too hard to do it. Just undo the stitching on the side, add a small wire there then sew it back above it," she told him before shrugging slightly.

My hands are only gifted in the musical arts my dear. I must admit sewing is not a great skill of mine. If ive ever needed to sew anything i would just end up replacing it.

*As he felt her soft warm hands touch his he started to blush a little too.
Why did he feel so nervous around her ?
I guess it was just because he enjoyed having female company around him and since he had been away for so long he must of missed it.
Still he felt excited by her 'presence' and shyness.*

At his words on replacing the clothes, Hope shrugged slightly before glancing up at him. What she had been about to say was lost as she noticed he was blushing and realization hit her that she was holding his hand. Slowly pulling away from his hand as her cheeks flared red, she idly brushed her hair from her cheeks only to have the strands fall before her eyes again. "Umm... it's n-not that hard," she started out and paused as she shyly looked back up at him again, "I could do it if you really wanted it," she told him.

Really !

*His dilating eyes lit up *

You wouldnt mind ?

*As his hands were now freed he rummaged through his inner jacket pockets and pulled out a pre-rolled joint and some loose change.
He raised the 'J' up to his nose to smell the potency of his herbs .

( Mmm Golden Virginia, its been a while )

*After the aromas shivvered through his body with anxiety while he asked Hope for another drink. *

Looks like the bad weaher is going to stay for somewhat more.
PostPosted: Wed Nov 21, 2007 3:06 pm

Nodding to his question, she watched him pulling out his joint, her innocence coming through even more as she didn't pay attention and thought it was merely a home rolled cigarette. "Just let me know when you want it done, actually... I could probably find some needle and thread about here and wouldn't be hard to find some wire that wouldn't rust," she told him, pausing as she blushed more. "You'd just have to... take off your shirt," she told him, her cheeks turning red at the thought.

Glad to have something to do with her hands and to keep from growing more red, she quickly mixed him another drink. "Mhmm, I may get snowed in," she told him, glancing over his shoulder out a window as she noticed the rain and snow mix was mostly snow now. Her ears laid back against her head slightly before she sighed then passed the drink to him. "May need to light a fire soon," she told him, hoping the power didn't go out, too.

*By her own words he slipped off his classical looking shirt unveiling his hard, tight pale abs, thin waist and prominent arm muscles.
Had he of been outside he would of had two stiff nipples the size of grapes but as the heating in the tavern was sufficient enough they were fine, well except the left one which stayed in a permanent erect state due to it being pierced.*

You wanna come sit on the couch with me. I figured we could make the fire and then relax and talk the night away. I dont haff to be anywhere specifffic tomorrow ?

*The last few words had a slight augmented tone as he fed the butt of the cig into his mouth and lit the end.
He took a deep drag which filled his lungs with a warm potent sedative, the cherry of the cig glew a firey amber.
As he exhaled the smell started to drift around the tavern, hanging loosely around in the air.*
