Itaka nodded in greeting to the King before settling himself down. Gareth bowed politely and Oassu saluted the King before sitting down. Dargrim shuffled his feet nervously before taking off his helmet to the king and sitting down.

Ulquiorra bowed mimicing Gareth's actions and sat herself down. Seph waved casually before sitting next to Oassu. Alpha also nodded as a way of greeting him before sitting down

Satoshi bowed clumsily and took a seat. Felina shortly followed. Hayate exchanged glances with Elorin and stood in the corner of the tent instead of sitting.
The king looked over at everyone he had just met, already forming opinions of each one. He concluded the ones he would have to watch out for were the ninjas and the larger demon. He bowed to the group "I wish to apologise for the trouble we elves have cause you," he aimed his apology particulaly at Dargrim. "I would also like to thank you for taking care of my daughter. We will take her off your hands now, of course you will be compensated for all the bother," he continued presenting them with a small chest left open to reveal its golden contents.

Itaka said nothing Tch a kings ransom....not all it's cracked up to be
Oassu smiled politely at the sight of the gold as a thief he had seen significantly larger sums but this was no place to complain.
Dargrim smiled brimly "Och it was nothing yer highness"

Seph eyed the gold. She had to admit she had expected more. She glanced over at Alpha who she suspected was thinking something similar.
Alpha was hoping the king meant that it was a chest each, not wanting to share.

Satoshi lightly tapped the side of her chair impatiently. She couldn't see why anyone didn't just take the chest and run.
As if he reading their minds Elorin put the gold to one side "Its not much but gold is not exactly the most useful thing to take with you when going to a battle, however if you have a request I would be happy to fulfil it for you provided its reasonable" he then turned his attention to Felina, "finish what you need to do here. You are coming back with us tomorrow." Felina nodded reluctantly.

Oassu's eye's bulged with alarm
Dargrim fumbled in his chair but found himself speechless. Gareth remained relatively impassive since he had only known Felina for a little while.
Itaka glanced at Oassu.
"Er...your highness! I have a request!" Oassu said timidly
A small smile crept to Itaka's lipsI know where this is goin he thought.
"Would it be possible if...Felina could stay travelling with us?"

Seph nodded in agreement with Oassu "She is good company"
"That and she keeps all of us in one piece" Alpha added.
Ulquiorra remained quiet Felina seemed nice but they didnt know each other that well.

Felina looked over at Oassu then to her father "Please let me stay with them. There won't be a repeat of what happened and if I do get captured these guys can help me out. So can I?" she begged.
Her father hesitated forming a small grin. So far everything was going the way he had expected it to. He sighed "I suppose I will allow it. Provided that he goes too. I'm sure you are nice people but I need to know she is with at least one person I can trust," he pointed to Hayate, "also if you wish to keep Felina with you, I guess you dont need to be compensated"
Satoshi had to fight with herself in order to avoid a groan. Hayate shrugged muttering something in elvish to himself.

Itaka burst out laughing as the chest was whisked away Kings are so damn cheap....least we don't have to pull off our own kidnapping to keep Felina
Oassu sighed with relief "Wow....didn't think it'd go that smoothly"
Dargrim and Gareth looked at each other across the table with a grin.

Felina's face lit up. She went over to Elorin and hugged him and said her thanks. She sat back down and smiled at Oassu.
"With that out the way. Is there something you wish to tell me? Such as who the extra person you brought back is. And we would prefer it if you didn't randomly cast spells at our barrier" The king turned his head towards Hayate.
"Sorry your highness," Hayate apologised going slightly red.

Dargrim shuffled in his seat uncomfortable at revealing Zadina's nature "That boy.."
"Was found unconscious as we were fleeing the palace" Oassu interrupted
Itaka raised an eyebrow This isn't smart Oassu
Oassu continued calmly "We've still to interview him...we think he was possibly a prisoner like Felina"

"I highly doubt he was a prisoner from the way he was acting" Satoshi muttered
"It's Zadina. We never found Kurgan" Felina answered.
The king examined Oassu's face. He took in Felina's comment but was already aware of that piece of information. He turned his attention to Dargrim not entirely convinced by Oassu's story, "Please continue. Theres no need to feel uncomfortable" he gestured kindly to the dwarf.

Oassu stared daggers at Satoshi
Dargrim ruffled his beard "Well y'see he was the younger brother of one of the officers there...a man named Kurgan who defected before the end and apparently tried to rescue his brother before the castle fell on him."
