"Then I'll be sorry to shatter your picture of yourself," Ishizu said, grinning, "I can even beat you now. Race to your apartment!" Without really allowing Kira to say anything back, Ishizu dashed outside. She hurried down the sidwalk, glancing over her shoulder at Kira.

Kira grinned and picked ryou up by the waist and bolted after ishizu.She often picked up ryou and it dident bother him.

Ryou was still taken by surprise, and squeaked slightly in alarm. "Oop--!" He soon relaxed slightly, shaking his head. He couldn't believe how childish Ishizu and Kira could be sometimes.
Ishizu, when glancing over her shoulder, accidentally ran smack into someone. She fell to the ground, along with the person she hit. "Oh, I'm so sorry!" She cried breathlessly, scrambling to her feet. She held out a hand to help the man up, which he accepted, pulling himself to his feet with Ishizu's help. She winced slightly, noting how much he weighed, but also saw that it wasn't fat or anything. "Are you o--?" Before she could finish her sentence, the man's grip tightened on her hand, and he whirled her around, so that her back was pressing against her chest. "Hey!" Ishizu yelped, struggling to get free, but the man was too strong.
The man narrowed his eyes at Kira and Ryou, who were nearby. The struggling woman in his arms barely caused a problem. He felt his partners come up behind him, and in total there were five of them. "You should've listened, you poor fools." The man snapped, glaring at Ryou. He, along with the other four men, were carrying out Adair's orders. He thrust the woman, Ishizu, towards the man behind him. "Take her, and don't let her go." The other man nodded, and started off down the street with the still-struggling Ishizu.

Kira being the way she was droped ryou behind her and took out her gun.She shot one and it dug into the ear of the one carring ishizu "Drop her!"

All five men pull out guns as well. "You shoot again, we kill her. Adair wouldn't care if one of us died, but I'm sure you'd care about her." The man holding Ishizu, ignoring the shot, pressed his gun to Ishizu's temple. The woman quickly stopped struggling, and held her breath.
Bakura's voice was suddenly in Ryou's mind, angry. Ryou could tell that Bakura must've been watching through his own mind. He didn't respond to his yami, biting his bottom lip.

KIra bit her lip "Ryou dident do anything!I went to him he dident go to me!"

"Exactly. Ryou didn't do anything, including trying to avoid being around you." The leader's eyes fell on Ryou, cold and cruel. "If you were wise, you'd get out of town soon. Adair isn't someone you'd want to mess with." His eyes moved over to Kira, and they softened for a second. "And Adair isn't the person you remembered." Ishizu was led away, the man holding her forcing her into a car that was parked by the street, waiting. She struggled little, knowing that it was useless, really.
Bakura strode out of his apartment building, soon locating where the others were, since they weren't far. Before any of the four men could react, the Millennium Ring was around his neck, and one of their soul's was sent to the Shadow Realm. He winced slightly, as though feeling that man's pain.
"What th--" The leader exclaimed, watching as one of his men fell almost lifelessly to the ground, just as another white-haired boy approached. This had to be Ryou's brother. Adair had warned them about him; and also gave the command to kill him. "You little..." The leader growled, quickly moving his aim from Ryou to the other one-- Bakura, was it?-- and firing twice. The first hit the man in the stomach, the next on his chest. He staggered backwards, arms flailing to grab onto something, before he fell with a wet thud. With this distraction, the three remaining men piled into the car, leaving the soul-less one where he was.

"s**t" she said andbefore they left dove into there minds seeing to were they were going.Still holding ryou out of habbit she ran over to bakura.

Ryou managed to get out of Kira's hold and reach Bakura first. He was surprised to find his yami still conscious, his eyes open and staring blankly at the shy. His breath was shuddering, though, since he had been hit in his left lung, just below his heart. The other bullet hit a little above his navel, and both were bleeding heavily. "Oh, god, Bakura..." Ryou whispered, trembling.
Bakura tried to speak, but he only choked on his own blood and coughed, crimson running out of the side of his mouth. He managed to smile softly, showing red teeth, before closing his eyes. His chest went up, then lowered, where it then stood still.

Ryou shuddered violently, falling to his knees. Bakura had reached out and grasped Ryou's mind, forcing the two into a mind lock, and Ryou felt every detail. He felt as though he were dying, all over again, though with more pain, since he was more aware of it. He didn't even notice himself cry out, trembling like a leaf in the wind.
Ishizu had twisted around in her seat, trying to catch a glimpse of the three. She cried out a "No!" when she had seen Bakura get shot, despite what she had said earlier about not caring if he did die or not. She knew, somewhere, that he'd probably go to his Millennium Ring, yet it wasn't pleasant to watch someone get shot so fatally like that. One of the men grabbed her shoulders and forced her to turn around, instead of watching them as they shrunk into the distance. Then the car turned a corner and they were out of sight.

Kira held ryou closed as the eye glowed trying to break the mind link.
