Little did Raki know that Scorpius was listening from the other side of the door. He was a little confused about what Raki was going on about but it seemed like the people he was talking about were part of Legion. If that was true then why would Raki be with them? Maybe there was more to this scheme than they originally thought.
Leo wished there was something he could do or something more that he could say to help Raki calm down but everything that Raki was saying was probably true. He didn't know what Daniel and Asher were going to do or say when they got to him. But one thing was for sure, he wasn't going to let anyone kill Raki. Even though Leo believed Raki deserved it, now that Leo was hearing Raki's fears everything was put into perspective. Maybe they need to try and understand Raki's reasons before making any drastic decisions.

Raki laid where he was, no longer sniffling, but his head was clearing a bit. Even so, he did not regret telling Leo everything. "You really are nice when you aren't mad," he said, reminiscing about their first real conversation. He wanted to make up for the pain he caused. Maybe... "Leo, do you want to see Big Brother? I mean actually see him? I think I can help. Your visions... You can see anything you want once you control them. I can help with the basics."

Leo's heart skipped a beat as Raki told him that there was a way for him to see, if he could master this then he could tell the other's who the other people are that are keeping him here. "Yes...." he whispered softly, feeling a lump in his throat as he spoke. "Please tell me.." he begged softly, trying to keep himself from crying.

Raki waited for a moment, trying to remember how the procedure went. He had only read from books, from his grandfather, and from studying other visionaries. "First, you have to tell me about what happened around the time you had your first vision. What feelings did you have? What were you doing at the time?" There was usually some desire, whether out of selfishness or despair, that awakened these sorts of feelings. "From what I remember, some visionaries got their first vision after some huge event in their lives, mostly negative. Others seemed to have normal lives until they appeared one day, but they had been longing for something and it must have built up. What about you?"

Leo had to think about this for a moment or two, it seemed like such a long time ago since his first vision but where did the nightmares end and the visions start? "They started off as really bad dreams.....I kept having them more and more, from different points of view. And then I saw the news broadcast about a woman who had recently gone missing. I think that was when I had my first vision when I was awake. I passed out from it too." Leo sat up and kept his hands in his lap, maybe Raki wasn't so bad after all.

Bad dreams? That one, he could work with. "Do you remember how you felt at the time? Besides emotions, there may have been something else. I heard Grandpa talk to many visionaries and they usually tell him about some odd powerful feeling they had," Raki said. "He then tells them to try to grab it somehow and then think of whatever they want to see. It may be different with you. You have accurate visions, after all." He remembered the research he himself had done, if only so Grandpa didn't stay up all night to research instead. "It might even occur from stimulation, like from a tragedy or a lover. I don't know every detail. I don't have visions, after all."

Leo wasn't sure about either of those ideas, how could he use that power for his visions? "I'm not sure. I just felt helpless when I first had visions." he said softly, sitting at the edge of the bed and wishing to be left alone for the moment. "Could......could you get me some water?" he asked cautiously, unsure if Raki was on his side now or not but it was worth a shot.

Raki did not want to leave Leo alone, but perhaps it would be best to get him some water. "I'll be right back," he said as he got off the bed and headed out the door. No sooner had he closed it did he realize Scorpius was there. He froze, eyes wide in fear. Just how long had he been there? How much did he hear? Was he going to report to his brothers?

Scorpius would have punched Raki for his deception but that would just make things worse. He approached the boy and placed his hands on the other's shoulders, leaning in toward Raki's ear. "I'll keep your secret....just don't hurt him too badly." he whispered softly; even though Scorpius was without a voice, whispering was just a rush of air but he rarely whispered, too much energy.

Raki flinched and trembled when Scorpius approached, half-expecting to be beaten or even killed, but he instead heard the unfamiliar and comforting whisper. The boy would have asked if there was a condition he had to fulfill, but his throat was closed up. He could only muster a small thanks before he pulled away to get the glass of water. The kitchen was not far and he had no fear about Scorpius being near Leo.
Soon enough, and oddly without incident, he retrieved the water and returned to Leo. "Back. Here's the water," he said as he put the glass at the other boy's lips. "There's a bit of ice, too."

Leo took a few long drinks of the cold liquid, glad Raki was starting to be a little more civil toward him but now wasn't the time to completely trust him. "What are they planning to do to me Raki?" he asked with caution once he moved his head away from the glass. He had to know what was in store for him, he needed to know how much it was going to hurt.

Raki was a bit hesitant to say, but there was no point in secrets now. "They plan on using your visions to hunt down members of Legion, other enemies, people who owe them money, just about anything," he answered. "For now, though, because you aren't trained to control visions, they'll be using you to make sure Legion doesn't go after them. A futile effort, if you ask me. Knowing Grandpa, he won't sit around and let bad guys do whatever they want. As for Big Brother, I think he might go on a rampage. It's a huge mistake that the Triforce targeted you." He set the glass on the desk nearby. "I, on the other hand, have different plans. You don't have to trust me. It's better if you don't. That makes everything more believable."

Leo didn't say anything for a minute or two, how were they going to use his visions when he wasn't even sure how they worked? That didn't really matter though, this was a gang and they would find some way to make his visions happen. He gave a soft sigh and tried to stay calm, for some reason Raki's plans weren't weighing on his mind as much. "Are they going to hurt me?"

"They will if you won't cooperate," Raki answered once more. "Leo, it's best you try not to run away so much. You'll only be beaten, and you know how Big Brother reacts to that." He himself didn't want the other boy hurt either. "Just bear with it for a few days more. If no huge meeting is planned, I will help you escape. You'll go crazy without Big Brother, I'm sure, so you won't stay too long."

Leo shook his head a little. "I can't guarantee that. If there is even a little hope of getting away from them, I'll take it. I don't care if I die, at least I'll die trying." he said sternly, turning to face away from Raki now.
