"Why do you think that is?" Mala asked, raising an eyebrow. She wasn't going to reveal anything if she didn't have to, and had planned on seeing when Riley figured out that she could still talk to Van despite his being sealed away in the ring.

Riley was confused when she seemed to have that 'i know something you don't' vibe. "Uh, you're quick to grieve, you've gotten over it, and are confident that you'll get him back soon?"
