Narrowing his eyes at Pixma, "Oh, yes..I need to be forgiven for trying to defend Sugar and myself... Careful Hito, or she'll kill you before an enemy does..." Kai clearly had lost what little trust he had with Pixma and Diia.

Sugar did something rather surprising she stepped up in front of Kai and kissed him. It was rather a sort of thanks for trying to defend her and also a way for him to understand that she didn't want everyone to fight because of her.. When she released herself from the kiss she stepped back and ran off leaving a trail of flames behind her.

Kusargi swore under her breath, but understood what Kuroi said.
"If we're gonna defeat Zeng Hen, we need to work together," she said grudgingly as she looked at Sugar and Diia.

The man chuckled at Hito. "Ah, and yet another who doesn't realize what the future holds for him. This will be quite entertaining."
The ghostly girl arrived shortly after Hito "....Kuroi.....I....want to help....."
Kuroi looked at Kai, as if seeing how he thought of letting her on the team. "After that attack on the village peopl? Can we really trust some one working for my father?"

Kai's expression after Sugar's kiss was a mix of confusion and irritation..mostly confusion though.. but he let that pass and glanced at Hito, "Not sure..but as I wield blood, she wields fire.." He was distracted again by the sight of the spirit girl, then glanced Kuroi he the demon prince looked at him, "If we keep her close we can keep an eyes on and kill her if she tries anything...I think I might be able to seal certain abilities if she stays close enough."

Shina added more to Kai's answer about Sugar being a deamon. "She is of another race than your own.. Debido is of the same race. You will have to ask them more of their origins as it is not my place. Deamons are in allegiance with the evil king. As for spirits.. there is a spirit in each of you. The spirits of my kin.. the Elementals.. It is what draws everyone together. The test that this one wants to put you through will, I believe, prove if you are worthy of wielding the spirits of my kin. If you refuse the test, you forfeit your right to carry the spirit and in doing so you will lose your elemental gifts.."

The man seemed slightly dissapointed. "Hm, spare them the shocking realization? Very well. Sugar, Debido, Hito, Kusargi, Yuure and your newest member, you are all what are called elemental sages. The elemental spirits that Zeng Hen managed to seal away in crystals are either in your possesion or growing inside your very own bodies. The time will come when you will obtain the gem and unlock great power."
Kuroi looked shocked. "Wait a minute you're...." he looked to the ghostly girl. "Yuure?!" he was silent for a while. "What happened to you? You look so different....."
The girl looked to the ground, ashamed again, not saying anything at first.

Sugar stopped when she was far out of sight of the group, but close enough to hear with her cat ears.. which twitched a little when the man said her name.

 her eyes widened slightly as she heard all this. her fists clenched and she grit her teeth. light blue electrical sparks started to form around her hair
she was annoyed from the gift tht had been stode upon her, for it was how she lost her family. however she survived.
was it because of these powers, thats why i survived?

Pixma didn't move from Hito's shoulder, "It's not Like I'm heavy," she shuffled slightly, "she's very unpredictable that one, might be dangerous later, might be useful?"
Diia had reigned her anger in, so she moved around and sat on the right side of the tree, "Lightning, cool."

she snapped out of her frustration, not sure if pixma was calling her dangerous or applying to someone else.
she looked at diia "hmm?" she noticed her hair and sighed. her hand twitched and the sparks from her haired into her hand which then absorbed into the ground.
she looked tired as her complection was quite pale. she flopped down on the floor where she stood and sat down, she couldn't be bothered to move.

Kai sort of chuckled and shook his head for two reasons...(a) technically he didn't have a race and (b) he didn't think a thing like himself that shouldn't naturally exist would have one of the spirit's Shina was talking about. He calmed down enough to lean against the tree behind him, sheathed Blodgharm at his waist, but not Adurna..mostly as a sign that he didn't trust certain people.
