"Oh... But we might get caught..." Midori said, not sure what to do. It wasn't fair to Kaji that they were leaving without saying goodbye to him. But should they take the risk.
Kaji was locked up in his bedroom, asleep. His parents were in other rooms, but not in the living room.

"Midori go, I'll catch up to you." Raine said as she started heading for Kaji's house.

Midori was about to go after her, but decided to go on like Raine said. Raine knows what she's doing. She knows. she thought to herself, trying to convince herself that everything was going to be alright. She swam toward the gates as fast as she could, hoping that time won't resume at its normal speed just yet.
Kaji was still sleeping.

Raine quietly swam into Kaji's house and went into Kaji's room. There was a few minutes left until time resumed.

Midori made it to the gates, passed the guards, and swam out of Atlantis. She looked around for Travis and found him unconscious.
Kaji was still sleeping, but stirred a bit, though slowly.

Time resumed now as Raine went over to Kaji and gently shook him. "Kaji, wake up." She said in a soft and gentle voice.

Kaji opened his eyes and looked up to see Raine. A smile was instantly on his face. "Raine!" he cried as he got up and hugged her.
