"yes lass i am," he came back over and sat back where he was before and placed her back in the possition she was sleeping in, " we just had a visitor is all. nothing to fear at all lass. you should sleep a little more i believe but that is your choice," he placed his hand on her side, " you need your rest."

he chuckled, "you have a right to and yes something is here. his name is Arkamendies, call Ark though. he's going to be comming with us for the next while here at least. i hope titan isnt to worried up above with out me. that bird and i are friends. anyway. sleep lass and i'll introduce you too when you can bring up the light."

"no no, i mean i regenerate, but youll be totally fine very very soon. you jsut havent taken to many hits. as for the light thats your choice. just dont freak out... and well.... id guess you were out for about two or three hours tops," he hopped she wouldnt be scarred of the giant rat.he kept his gaze locked with it knowing it could see then but was simply happilly sitting on its haunches with the chunk of rade meat eating away.

"it is. a giant rodent.. its ok its just eating something i gave it. it will not harm you do not worry. get your rest," he patted her back, wondering how she would take that news.

"you are the one who told me that maybe on this world i need not kill," he let that hang before continueing, "i am... good with animals... i am sure we will be fine... besides. i know i could slay the beast in an instant. and it is injured as is. no i will not kill it but if you insist i can get it to go away...." if she could see his eyes she would have seen a saddness there... animals were always the closest thing he had to a friend before her, and none of those stuck around other then titan. he could just... get a long with them, so the prospect of loosing something else that could have been a friend saddened him.

he smiled and chuckled lightly, "thank you. ark isn't a force of maliciousness, probably none of his kind are. they are simply animals that operate with some intelegence and some instinct. there is nothing evil about either of those things. jsut as there is nothing evil about the... i tihnk you call them rade... reagaurdless. the cat beast that i slew when it attacked you. they are jsut more intelegent and probably dont opperate of instinct so much. least thats what i gather from what i heard from you about them. but there was nothing evil in the one that i slew."

"as you wish. but im very strong then. more then enough to get you to saftey at least, so do not worry young lass. ive been in much much much much scarrier places then this in my years of being an assasin and treasure hunter and mercenary and this and that and even the other thing," he held her tight, " the old and horrid saying does ring true... only thing to fear is fear itself.... mind you there is a monster on the plane of chaos called The Fear... i gotta admit it was kinda creepy but ive seen scarrier things. but enough of that.rest easy lass."
