Katherine saw his fustration he needed to stop for now and take it in. She looked over to Matachi then back to the boys. "Thats good for now. "Would you like to see what those steps will accoplish. If your father would be so find i will show you." She said with a bright smile looking towards Matachi.

"we are fenceing love, like a real duel you use the same type of blade." Two foils with the balled out tips. she handed one out to him. She smiled abit handing him one of the foils. practice blades nither one was sharp enough to do damage the only damage that could be done was when your struck the force could sometime bruise the hand. Not for Matachi she was sure though.

"A standard swordsman wins everytime you know that well enough." She spoke throwing down the sowrds she held feeling the tingle of disappointment it was okay though. "fenceing is only used in duels." She glanced back tot he boy's Matachi had offerd more insult than he relized just then. She glanced back to him then for a moment then turned and walked away.

Katherine looked bak to them slightly. "Well we can't use a foil for this, and i am worried one of us really will get hurt but if you insist. This is different if you clash my blade you can break it and i will stop my swings before cutting you." She walked back over to the swords she had she took out what looked like a cross between a saber and a epee. The hilt came around her hand in gold. "This i had made for me the tip is just as powerful as a foil but it wieghs a bit more in a epee style but it has a sabre edge so it can cut as well." She spoke waiting for Matachi to draw before she took stance.

Katherine was trying to figure out how to show them what they had learned in practice as well as how to get past someone real guard. She took her stance in the old style bright her blade to eye level with Matachi holding it stright out away from him. her feet started to move to a side. Hiw sword was big enough to protect his whole body while she would need movement to keep her from getting hit. If she move to protect herself with the blade it would break. Usual fencers relied on blocks and counter attacks she could do nither so it was going to be much more diffcult.

The swing of course took to long on top of that she moved in quickly she was already heding to the side of him and in the same steps she had showed the boys she lunged forward more quickly than what she had showed them. It was like watching a dance but a deadly one the point stopped touching his neck though still in the small touch might break skin.

If not for the noise he made she wouldn't have dodged that instict brought the sword aimed at his leg as she jumped back into her guard. This really wasn't save she could have would have taken his leg off if this was a real fence and her sword was edged and pointed. This wasn't smart she hated clashing swords with him. She held first guard then stright and easy.

"If I land a blow Matachi it is going to hurt." She spoke not likeing this one bit that was apparent. She was fustrated with him that was clear. If he blade touch him it was going to slice right through him like butter. Fighting was not something Katherine liked to do unless she had to.
