IceeWitch I dip mine in a cup and hold it there for three seconds... Three seconds does it, huh?
When I was little, I thought that the freezer worked like the microwave. That is to say, when my food was too hot to eat, I was convinced that puting it into the freezer and doing a slow count to ten would cool it as efficiently as the microwave could warm something slightly in about ten seconds. My mom still jokes about that.
Once lived in a state known for its pinapple. Loved that pinapple. 4laugh Had pinapple ice cream milkshake there a couple of times. It tasted lovely.

. xd rofl That's funny! Not as dimwitted as my little brother was though... He blew up things when he was younger. He blew up our toaster by trying to toast oranges... I can't remember exactly how he blew up our microwave but he did. He also blew up my easy bake oven!! I remember that...ages ago.
Do you guys remember the easy bake oven? That was a toy that I had to have... like my size Barbie rofl aww memories

*horrified at the thought of an exploding easy bake oven* I remember those! Lol. I remember Polly Pocket, Pogs (anybody still remember Pogs?!), Lisa Frank items, and the Old Power Rangers. Somehow, I've always thought the toys and television shows of the 90's were much cooler than the ones that come out now.
No offense to anyone, but I cringe at the sight of Bratz dolls *shivers*

Oh man... I was addicted to the old Power Rangers show.... and Beast Wars... mwahahahaha yesssss.
Kids shows these days seem far too dumbed down and colourful for its own good.
Bratz must die! scream

Yeah, I remember Easy Bake oven. I had one of those; my mom would let me use leftovers from regular cake mixes in it. I think I grew out of it and it went in a garage sale. Either that or it died...I've forgotten which.
I don't know about any of those TV shows or anything. My family really doesn't watch TV, so I didn't see anything beyond a little Sesame Street and Bill Nye the Science Guy when I was small, before we stopped hooking the Television up because shows were getting stupid. Never did cartoons.
Yes, things are dumbed down. And I, too, cringe at the sight of Bratz dolls. Why anyone would want to look/be/act that way, I don't know. I grew up with 'brat' being a bad thing to be called, not an ideal of life for young girls.

I remember easy bake ovens. In fact: this past february when I moved, I found my easy bake oven and looked at the side of it and it said: Expires in March 1999!!!!!
I miss the old cartoons. I used to love cartoons like Hey Arnold and The Wild Thornberries. But now im lucky to even see the x-mas episodes of those shows.
My friend actually showed me this: http://www.gaiaonline.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=27559697&page=1

My friend calls the Bratz...Slutz lol
gonk Am I the only one who remembers POGS?! They were these round coins that were the craze back in the mid 90s. It was a game that required knocking a stack of POGS with a heavy one and whatever POGS were left face up, the person got to keep. Much like a game of marbles and a circle...same concept.
Here's an image of them.

I read that 90s thread a few days ago. 90s...*sigh* It seemed so far away.

I remember those, but I never played. Though I did collect them from McDonalds when they were giving away Universal Studio themed heavy POGS with their Happy Meals.
I only did it cause they were shiny though. I like shiny things. Shiny shiny.
