Only a little, if you haven't been to the Academy yet. And when you train you just do it yourself. You don't need to wait on anyone unless there is another member you plan on rping with.

Um, doesn't that make this guild... kinda boring? I mean, if I knew I was going to end up talking to myself to train, I wouldn't have joined.
Where's the fun if you don't have a sparring partner?
And isn't this supposed to be a place where we can really improve ourselves as fighters in a way?
You are already forcing us to be races we'd rather not be, and now you are telling us we have to basically talk to ourselves in this guild?
Did I get that right?

It just depends on the individual, some people like rping with others when they train but others like my self don't. I'd rather not wait on others or have people waiting on my so I train alone. You don't have to train alone. A sparring partner isn't just gonna pop up, if you want someone to rp with just ask and someone will probably join you.
No one is forcing people to be races they don't want to be, you choose whatever you want that's not limited. If you wanted something within reason it might of been considered but you wanted to be a truffle/saiyan hybrid and truffles went extinct long ago. Truffles are pretty much just humans with advanced technology.
Saiyan-Human Hybrid is equivalent to a Saiyan-Truffle Hybrid
We aren't allowing many saiyans because it doesn't make sense to have plenty of them. If we had an unlimited range of races then people come up with stupid stuff (Like Half Saiyan/Half Angel or a female namekian) to be that would make no sense within the series or guild. Those who choose to be outside of a race given within the guild would be at a disadvantage because they don't have their own set of techniques.
This guild may have a lot structure but I'll take too much over too little.

Green we do have a female namekian, well technically it's genderless (like all other namekians technically) but has a feminine appearance.
And I'm tempted to prove you wrong about a sparring partner popping up.

"They are humanoid with slug-like and reptilian-like characteristics, including green skin and antennae. Namekians do not have genders and reproduce asexually by spitting out an egg, but they possess physiques similar to those of Human males."

They live Solely on water, are green, are genderless. Yeah you win this round.
