Doom was soon looking at a somewhat familiar place although most of his memories were still gone he just knew the place seemed like he had been there before. as Doom walked through it he eventually found a person who seemed very familiar and trigered a memory return as it was Orochimaru. Doom wasn't exactly happy to see Orochimaru again but it didn't matter, he smiled and bowed down for he still respected Orochimaru as he was his master. "lord i am progressing well although i still am weak, i keep dying." well i will soon be leaving to get some training done aswell.

Kyoshou was dead. He lay on the ground with his eyes closed. He was quite surprised to see how pleasant death actually was. For a moment he had forgotten what happened or even who he was. Finally he began thinking 'My name is......Kyoshou.........wait....I'm dead....then where am I? Heave? Hell?' Finally Kyoshou willed himself awake. He groggily opened his eyes.

Kyoshou stared up at a single light shining down on him like a spotlight. He slowly got to his feet looking around at the afterlife. "I would have hired a better interior decorator" Kyoshou muttered as he stared into the black abyss all around. Everything was dark aside from the spotlight shining from above. He strained his eyes as hard as he could but Kyoshou could see nothing in the dark plane.

"Well now what?" Kyoshou said. He was hoping there was some one around to hear him but there was nothing. Kyoshou then began walking around the empty plane. The spotlight followed him overhead. Suddenly another spotlight appeared a few feet away with a figure under it. Kyoshou couldn't tell who it was but he was determined to find out. Kyoshou cautiously approached the figure.

The figure finally came into view. It was a tall silver-haired man. He wore a silver head gear bearing the symbol for the leaf village. Kyoshou stared at the man perplexedly. "Umm who are you?" The man eyed him carefully and said "I am the Second Hokage. Who are you?" Kyoshou knew of the bad blood between Leaf and Sound. He hastily turned his belt so that the sound crest wasn't visible.

The Second Hokage noted this but didn't mention it. "Well, if I'm not mistaken you have arrived in front of me to learn something." he said with a smile. Kyoshou didn't know what to say "Well I'm really interested in genjutsu. If you have any to teach me I'll be more than willing to learn." The former Hokage smirked. "Well you've come to the right place.

I can teach you a genjutsu that will make sure your enemies don't know what hit them. Literally." sadi the Hokage with a smirk. Kyoshou was instantly intriqued. "Really? How does it work?" Kyoshou said excitedly. "Well its a genjutsu called 'Bringer of Darkness' It basically causes everything around the entrapped to go black so they don't see any attacks coming onto them.

"Wow sounds pretty powerfull" Kyoshou said in awe. The Hokage then added "And the best part about is that you can't release it away....Orochimaru forced me to use it on the Third Hokage." Kyoshou took in a deep gulp for this seemed like salt on a open wound. He really had no affiliation with Orochimaru but being from the same village made it seem as if they were brothers.

"Well Its a very simple jutsu to learn so I'll just teach you the handsigns. Then you can continue wandering the afterlife. Unlike me, you may have a second shot at life." Kyoshou wasn't sure what the Hokage meant by this but nodded. "Alright now watch carefully" The Hokage said. He slowly made the handsigns as Kyoshou followed them carefully memorizing them for later use.

The Second Hokage then finished the last hand sign. He looked at Kyoshou and said "Did you get that?" Kyoshou nodded. The Hokage continued "Is there any more wisdom that you seek from me?" Kyoshou paused for a second and replied "There might be but I need to find someone first. Will I be able to come back to you?" The former Hokage noded slightly. With that Kyoshou wandered into the darkness once more

Kyoshou wandered into the darkness not knowing who he was looking for. He only knew that he was looking for something. The black void streached for miles and miles. After what felt like an hour of walking, the eternal darkness began to become misty. There seemed to be a sinister scent in the air but Kyoshou couldn't recognize it. Kyoshou began to notice small snakes slithering on the ground.

Kyoshou stopped for a second. He couldn't help but feel as though he was being watched. Finally Kyoshou heard an icy cold voice from behind him. "Well if it isn't a ninja from my own village....what an unusual surprise." Said the voice of Orochimaru. Kyoshou quickly turned around feeling alarmed. "Don't worry my child. I do not intend to harm you. Your much to....innocent. Your soul is so pure."

Kyoshou had heard of the curse mark that he passed on his students. He also knew that it was Orochimaru's fault that one of his own clan members was dead. It would have been his uncle had he not died before the Chuunin Exams. "Please, don't be alarmed child." Orochimaru continued in his icy voice. "If your worried about me putting a curse mark on you, then relax.

I only give those to those who have been proven worthy and frankly, you didn't exactly shine. It was a bit embarrassing to see you killed by someone of you own clan." Kyoshou was a bit annoyed. He was only a genin and fresh out of the academy too. "Now my child, you may not have known it but subconsciously you've been seeking me out, otherwise I wouldn't be in front of you now.

Now tell me, what wisdom do you seek of me?" Orochimaru asked in his icy voice. Kyoshou really wasn't sure how to answer this. He was thinking of Orochimaru but never intended to learn anything from him. Kyoshou said the only thing he could think to say. "How did you die anyway?" A cein appeared on Orochimarus head. He scowled and thrust his arm forward.

What seemed like a mass of twenty snakes shot out of his arm and wrapped them self around Kyoshou. He looked like a mummy wrapped in snake skin. Orochimaru's voice became even more high pitched and raspy. "Listen you little brat, I'm trying to help you out here because it seems you've done a pretty good job of screwing your life up pretty badly and I will not tolerate your sass."

As the snakes tightened themself around Kyoshou he cooly said "Now THATS a technique worth learning. How about you teach me how to do that?" Kyoshou was surprisingly calm but then again, he was reassured when he reminded himself that he was already dead and couldn't possibly die again. Orochimaru stared at him with a look of utter confusion.

Orochimaru seemed to relax a bit as he lowered Kyoshou. His voice returned to its normal high pitched tone as he said "You....You don't fear me at all?" Kyoshou chuckled a bit as he said "Well If I could die again, I would but the fact of the matter is, I'm already dead so I really have nothing to fear." The snakes loosened their grip on Kyoshou. He was set back on the ground.

The snakes slithered back into Orochimaru's sleeves as he laughed. "My my, You are a smart one. Maby there is some use for you after all. Alright. You win. I am going to teach you the Multiple Hidden Snake Hands. As you saw it causes a great amount of snakes to shoot out of your sleeves and bind your opponent." one of the snakes nuzzled Orochimaru's cheek with its tongue

I have different versions of this technique but this one is the most efficient. The other one comes out of my mouth and the other is only a few snakes out of the sleeves. Well then I suppose we should get started. Watch my hands carefully," Orochimaru hissed as he began making the hand signs for the technique. Orochimaru now saw potential in Kyoshou although he was still too young.

With enough training, he could be another slave for him. Hopefully it wouldn't backfire like it did with Sasuke but then again since he was dead, it couldn't get much worse. Orochimaru pondered for a second as to whether he should give a mark to Kyoshou. He finally decided not to. Kyoshou still had much to learn before he could receive one but Orochimaru had the perfect seal on reserve for him

Kyoshou memorized the hand signs and gave it a try for himself. What seemed like a mass of thirty snakes shot out of both of Kyoshou's sleeves as they danced in the air around his sleeves. "Neat. This could definitely come in handy." Kyoshou said with a smile as the snakes retreated into his sleeves. "So what's next to learn on the adgenda? I'm kinda in a hurry to live again if you don't mind."

Orochimaru scowled as he heard this. He was doing him a favor by teaching him such advanced techniques but Kyoshou hardly seemed to appreciate it. It seemed though that it couldn't be helped. Orochimaru tried to ignore Kyoshou's comment as he began thinking about what other technique might be usefull to him. Orochimaru didn't want to teach Kyoshou so much that he would surpass him.

"Well, someone's a bit impatient arn't they? Well I'll go at my own pace thank you very much. I have all eternity to be here and I'd like to use that to my leisure. Now the next technique is one of my favorites. Its called the 'Wind Release: Great Breakthrough." Kyoshou scratched the back of his head and said "You really couldn't come up with a better name than that? That sounds kinda lame...."

A vein in Orochimaru's temple began to twitch vigorously. Once again, he had to shake off Kyoshou's comment. He then said "The techique I'm going to teach you utilizes the Wind Element. After making the required hand seals, you will blow a large blast of wind capable of leveling almost anything in its way. A variation of the technique involves a smaller blast of wind which gets ignited with flame.

Its quite an advanced technique for a genin of your level to be learning. You'll be ahead of the class when you show them how powerful you've become. Well, I suppose I should give you a demonstration of this technique shouldn't I? Well here it comes." Orochimaru hissed. He swiftly began making hand seals, wasting no time to wait for Kyoshou to prepare for what was coming

Orochimaru shot his arms fourth at Kyoshous direction and a giant blast of air was shot forward. It was as if a condensed tornado was blasted at Kyoshou. Kyyoshou was caught completely off guard and blasted back at least a hundred feet. He was quite surprised to find out that he could feel pain in the afterlife. He slowly got to his feet rubbing his joints. "Ouch...that hurt..." He muttered

Orochimaru swiftly drifted in front of Kyoshou and began chuckling. "Well, If you had been alive, that would have certainly smashed your bones to pieces. Now you see what I mean when this is a very powerful and advanced technique." Orochimaru said in his icy voice. Kyoshou was undaunted by this. He looked more determined than ever to learn this powerful technique.

Kyoshou wasn't going to take the attack lying down. He began making a set of hand signs of his own. He then shouted "Kage Bushin No Jutsu!" Two identical clones of Kyoshou appeared and began running to form a triangle around Orochimaru. Orochimaru looked around and smirked. He then said "Well, thats quite an advanced technique you've got there. Maby I underestimated you."

Kyoshou chuckled as he put the next phase of his plan into practice. All three Kyoshous made a string of hand signs identical to the ones Orochimaru had made earlier. They simultaneously thrust their hands forward in Orochimaru's direction sending a powerfull blast of air from all sides. Orochimaru didn't seem to be worried at all. In fact he began laughing.

All three blasts of air collided at the same time. Instead of seeing Orochimaru get splattered into a puddle, he burst into a cloud of purple smoke. Orochimaru's disembodied laugh was heard. It seemed to be coming from all around Kyoshou. Orochimaru then said "Yes....there is definitely some potential in you. Return when you have gained more strength.

Kyoshou looked around for Orochimaru but saw nothing. He let out a deep sigh and said "Well, back to being lonely.....Forever to wander the abyss." He dismissed his clones and they dissapeared in a cloud of smoke. Kyoshou looked at the vast void all around him hoping he would see another figure but he was sadly disappointed. He wandered around playing his flute hoping it would attract someone.

Kyoshou soon began to notice that the air around him had a sort of dust floating in it. He brushed it out of his eyes but it seemed to be everywhere. He then noticed a tall spiky haired silhouette. There was no spotlight making it visible. The only notable difference was a sand emblem made out of what appeared to be iron. Kyoshou wasn't sure what to think. He cautiously said "Hello?"

The iron sand suddenly became very rigid. Because it saturated the air all around Kyoshou, he couldn't move. Try as he might no part of his body seemed to budge. Kyoshou yelled "Who the hell are you?!" Silence followed. Kyoshou had had enough. He focused chakra into his melody arm and gave off a high pitched tune. The shrouded figure grunted as it covered its ears.

The iron sand fell to the ground creating a nice dark layer of sand over the abyss. The Sand Village emblem had lost its shape as iron sand was now sprinkling off of it. "Damn it! What the hell was that?!" said the shrouded figure. Kyoshou smirked as he said "That would be my signature melody arm, Now I'm not going to ask you again: Who the hell are you?" The shrouded figure began to laugh.

He finally stopped laughing long enough to respond to Kyoshou. "For your information, I am the Third Sand Shadow or Third Kazekage. I would appreciate a bit more respect from a brat like you." he said. The iron sand rose up from the ground and came together to form three spears all pointing at Kyoshou. He hardly felt any fear what so ever. Kyoshou smirked as he eyed the spears.

"There's really no sense in doing that since I'm already dead, don't you think?" He said. The Kazekage began to laugh. "I don't know whether to call you brave or foolish. None the less, I admire it. For that, I will teach you my signature jutsu. The power to control Satetsu or more simply, iron sand." Kyoshou's smirk broadened into a grin. "Thats sounds pretty neat. How's it work?"

"Well, let me give you some background first." The Kazekage continued "It was this most feared jutsu in Hidden Sand which granted me the title of being called the strongest Kazekage yet. This jutsu was developed by me after I saw a previous Shukaku host do something similar. I can do this because my body holds special traits which allowed me to change my chakra into a magnetic field."

Kyoshou was actually very interested. "Neat. So How do you turn your chakra into a magnetic field? That seems kind of hard." The Kazekage nodded and said "It took me a bit of practice but it shouldn't be too hard for you to learn it. You start channellings your chakra throughout all of your tenketsu points. By doing that you create sort of an aura of chakra all around you.

After that its just a matter of changing the polarity of the satetsu and the chakra to attract each other and from there you just move it at will. Give it a try." The Kazekage said. The iron sand finally settled on the ground awaiting Kyoshou's command. Kyoshou began relaxing his chakra points slowly letting chakra radiate in the air all around him. He then began magnetizing the chakra.

Little by little, a few grains of iron sand began to float off of the ground. "Yes, yes thats it" The Kazekage said in an encouraging tone. Kyoshou was beginning to lose focus. By now he had about a jar's worth of sand floating all around him. The iron sand began shaking in mid-air. Kyoshou couldn't hold it any longer for if he did he might have popped a blood vessel. The sand fell to the ground in a light drizzle.

Kyoshou collapsed to his knees panting. The Kazekage helped him up as he said "Considering that is your first try at such an advanced technique, you did exceedingly well. You just need to sharpen it up and relax a bit more. You seemed a bit too tense. Now try it again." Kyoshou regained his breath and closed his eyes and began releasing chakra into the air once more. He found his center.

He began magnetizing the charka all around him. This time the iron sand floated into the air more quickly. It swirled around him gracefully in an almost dance-like motion. Kyoshou slowly opened his eyes and watched the fruits of his labors. The sand came together a bit to form clouds of sand all around him in the shapes of people. The sand cloud figures began dancing all around Kyoshou.

The Kazekage began to laugh. He then began clapping for Kyoshou's hard work. "Excellent! Fantastic! What took me five years to develop, took you a mere ten minutes. Mind you, I had no instruction but it is none the less very impressive. Well now that you have that mastered, Its time I teach you a very powerful and deadly technique. It has a ninety-five percent fatality rate.

Kyoshou couldn't believe his ears. "Ninety-five percent! Thats practically a death sentence! How can a technique be that powerful? That means if you've killed a thousand people only fifty live to tell the story.....wait, who survived your technique?" Kyoshou asked. The Kazekage began to frown. "Well the only people who have survived the technique were those who it was used against in the hands of Sasori."

"That fool made a mockery of me and my signature technique. If it had actually been me using the technique, I would have made sure that there were no survivors." he said. Kyoshou was sorry he touched the subject but he had no idea who Sasori was. All he knew about him was that he was an S-class ninja in the Akatsuki Organization. The Kazekage sensed Kyoshou's confusion.

"In case you didn't know, Sasori is a missing ninja from the Hidden Sand village. He struts around bragging that he killed me but that was a mere fluke. Had I been prepared, He would be dead. He turned my body into a puppet and used me for his own personal gain.....filthy cretin. Fortunately enough, news reached me that the boy's grandmother killed him. No longer will I be used for such crime."

After a long and awkward silence, Kyoshou asked "So what's this ultra-powerfull technique your going to show me?" The Kazekage awoke form his pensive moment and said "Oh yes pardon me. The technique that made me famous was the Satetsu Shigure otherwise known as the 'Iron Sand Autumnal Showers' Its basically what its name implies but much more deadly than one would think.

"Basically you use the magnetic field to form the sand into small piercing clumps which could rain down on your opponent. Because of the deadliness of the attack, a ninja must do all they can to avoid it, rather than make any attempt to block it. See a host of the Shukaku would use rain of sand to get sand all around them, nothing more. When I or you do it, the sand tears right through an enemy.

There have hardly been any who could block it long enough to survive. So now that you know how to do it, show me what you think it should look like." Kyoshou nodded and began raising the iron sand high into the empty void overhead. After clouds of iron sand poluted the sky, Kyoshou said "Ninja art: Iron Sand Autumn Shower!" The clouds of sand began clumping together into small blades.

The small bladed clumps of sand began raining down like a rain of shrapnel. As the blades neared the Kazekage, he used his own magnetic field to steer the blades away from him and smash into the ground all around him. When it was finished the Kazekage laughed and said "Very Good. I have nothing more to teach you. Use it well and don't dissapoint me by ending up here again"

Kyoshou bowed and said "Thank you Kazekage-sama. I will use this technique well." With that the iron sand settled on the ground. The Kazekage vanished without a trace. Kyoshou was sad because he was now alone. He once again wandered aimlessly in the void of nothingness. He soon found himself smelling a familiar scent. It smelled like the forests of Konoha. Kyoshou wondered if the Second was near by.

Kyoshou remembered that he didn't smell this when he first encountered the Second Hokage. Finally an old man in a white robe came into view. He wore a large hat bearing the Fire country character. Kyoshou could tell it was a Hokage, just not which one. Kyoshou's curiosity got the better of him as he said "Hello?" The Hokage quickly sprung into life. He made a string of handseals.

A dragon made of a mixture of rock and mud rose out of the empty plane. The dragon's eyes glowed a piercing yellow like lightning. The dragon opened its mouth showing lines of mud almost binding the mouth. The lines snapped and a light appeared in is mouth. Finally cannonballs of mud and stone came flying out of the dragons mouth at a ridiculous speed towards Kyoshou.

Kyoshou was caught off guard and didn't know what to do. He quickly made hand signs and muttered "Kage Bushin No Jutsu." A clone appeared in front of Kyoshou. He quickly jumped on the bushin's shoulder as the bushin pushed up wards sending Kyoshou airborne. With Kyoshou high over the peripheral view of the dragon, he pulled out a kunai with an exploding tag attached to it.

Kyoshou threw the kunai at the dragon. The kunai sunk right between the dragon's eyes. The dragon seemed unphased by this. It only let out a loud roar. The exploding tag began burning to its end until finally- KABOOM! Piece of mud and stone were send flying everywhere. The clone that Kyoshou had spawned had already been pelted by the cannonballs and dissapeared.

Kyoshou landed on his feet on top of the remains of the dragon. Kyoshou then yelled at the Hokage, "WHAT THE HELL WAS THAT FOR?!? I DIDN'T DO ANYTHING TO YOU!" The Hokage took of his had and said "Forgive me. I have a habit of testing those who seek my wisdom as to see if they are worthy. Congratulations, you passed." Kyoshou calmed down a bit knowing he wasn't trying to kill him.

The Hokage took out his pipe from his mouth and released a small cloud of smoke. "What knowledge to you seek of me child?" He said in a raspy voice. Kyoshou pondered the question for a second and said "Well actually, I wasn't really seeking knowledge of you. I was just thinking about dragons and next think I know, you show up." The Hokage laughed and and gave Kyoshou a warm smile.

"Well I do have many dragon based techniques. Would you like to learn the technique I just used on you?" Kyoshou smiled at the Hokage and said "Would I ever! That was cool!" The Hokage laughed and said "You remind me of Naruto....anyway, its called the Earth Dragon Projectile technique. It utilizes the earth element naturally. After making the proper hand seals, a dragon's head will form.

"The dragon's head will form out of stone and mud. This dragon will then spew mud projectiles or cannonballs from its mouth. Now watch as I make the necessary hand signs." The Hokage slowly repeated them as Kyoshou watched every single movement of his hands. "Did you get that?" He asked. Kyoshou nodded enthusiastically. The Hokage smiled and took another puff from his pipe.

Seiko flopped into the Afterlife, coughing and sputtering, regurgitating all of the poison sand that had accumulated there. He sat up and looked around with the only eye he had left. It was embarrassing to have been killed, but it didn't matter. His curse mark was still on his shoulder, which he ignored because it didn't effect him from the time he had gotten it. But when he arrived here, it burned and burned from the presence of Orochimaru being there and punishing him for dying. Seiko rolled in pain when he suddenly felt himself falling down and down like the afterlife was a bottomless pit.

The Hokage then said "There is a presence other than our own....I must leave now..." With that the Hokage vanished into the black abyss. Kyoshou had sensed the presence but it didn't really concern him. He ran his hand through is silvery hair and began wandering through the eternal void searching for this new presence. Kyoshou grew tired of wandering aimlessly in the afterlife. It was quite boring with nothing to do.

Seiko suddenly slammed to a stop, landing nearly 50 feet form another soul in the Afterlife. He sat up, not feeling any pain because he was already dead. He rubbed where his left eye had been, and it had been covered up with an eye patch. He stood up and brushed himself off and looked straight ahead at the other person in the after. Seiko stared at him, trying to see if he if he knew him. No clue. Seiko simply sat down crossed legged and waited for waited for the mysterious figure to approach him. It was rather boring here when you are alone. Seiko pulled out a kunai and started spinning it on his index finger, showing off his boredom.

Kyoshou decided to impress the other soul with him in the afterlife. He pulled out his violin and bow from his back and began stroking the strings creating a very festive minuet. He hoped this would brighten the now deceased ninja's mood since he just died. Kyoshou felt happy no matter what instrument he was palying, as long as he was playing an instrument. He wondered how the ninja would respond. Song played by Kyoshou[2/?]

Seiko heard a kind of music, which proceeded to be scratchy but he then knew why. The other soul here was playing a violin, which was producing one of a very few songs people could play well. Seiko stood up and brushed himself off, and found that his foot was tapping, be he didn't care. He decided to wait until the young soul was finished so he could applaud his work. After all is was a very festive song, though it was minute. He found the tune very uplifting, very favorable to ones ears. He wanted to interrupt and tank the soul, but he didn't have it in him to stop such a wondrous tune. Seiko felt happy for a very small time in his life since he was very young. It was very nice to hear music again.

Kyoshou finally finished playing and put his violin on his back once more. He then shyly asked "So what did you think?" as he scratched the back of his head. Kyoshou had always been praised about his musical talents but was always modest about it and constantly critiqued himself. It seemed as though Kyoshou's performance had its desired effect in raising Seiko's spirits.

Seiko raised an eyebrow then smiled. "It was pretty good. I liked it" Seiko responded, "where did you learn to play like that?" Seiko smiled then sat down, cross legged to see if the boy and him could talk or if he could play more. It was kind of nice with Seiko being in the Afterlife. No responsibilities, no worrying about revenge or killing, all you had to do was chill. How boring. Seiko decided he had had enough, said a quick "Bye" to the boy, and told him he'd meet him in another life. He turned around to come face to face with Orochimaru, who nodded with a hiss, and Seiko suddenly blacked out. Before he did, he remembered falling again into another abyss, watching Orochimaru and the other shinobi fade into the distance.

Before Kyoshou could answer, Seiko said goodbye. "Wait!" Kyoshou called but it was already too late. Seiko was gone and Kyoshou was alone once more. Kyoshou was sad that Seiko had to leave so soon. He hated being alone. It was the one thing he despised above all else. He had no brothers and sisters and never saw much of his parents due to their activity as Sound Village ANBU.

Every morning Kyoshou would hurry to the academy to be with the other students and not deal with the loneliness of his home life. He sat down in a fetal position with his arms around his legs and his head against his knees. "Don't leave me here alone...." Kyoshou whispered. He began sobbing quietly into his knees wishing Seiko would come back. Although Kyoshou was sixteen, he mentality was still much like that of a child. He was alone once again in the black abyss known as the afterlife.

After a few minutes, Kyoshou felt an arm on his shoulder. Kyoshou looked up to see the Hokage from earlier. "Its alright my child. You are not alone. There are many spirits here in the afterlife. Its just that most of them prefer to stay a mystery. Now, would you like for me to teach you more techniques? I'm sure that would make you feel better." Kyoshou got up from the ground.

Kyoshou wiped his eyes hoping the Hokage wouldn't notice. The Hokage did notice but made no recognition of this. He didn't want Kyoshou to feel worse than he did already. Kyoshou then said "So....what do you plan on teaching me?" The Hokage blew another puff from his pipe and said "Well, how about I teach you how to breath fire like that of a dragon?" Kyoshou liked what he was hearing.
