Fire/Psychic would be a pretty cool type. It's a shame that neither typing compensates for the other's weaknesses, except for Psychic's weakness to Bug. So it'd have Ground, Rock, Water, Dark, and Ghost weaknesses.
I really hope that yellow and blue spider thing we saw for Gen V will be Bug/Electric. That is a SWEET typing. Electric covers the Flying weakness, Bug covers for the Ground weakness. So it'd only be weak to Rock and Fire.
So awesome. <3
Also, I really hope one of the new fossils is a Dilophosaurus, based on the ones from Jurassic Park. Neck frill that fans out, and it spits poison. As every fossil has been part Rock, it'd be Rock/Poison. A pretty awful typing, but I don't care, because that'd be a SWEET Pokemon.

Hm, but Fire/Psychic would have STAB super effective attacks against Bug, Steel, Grass, Ice, Fighting and Poison. That's one more than it has weaknesses to.
Dilophosaurus would be awesome, except for type match ups.

In other news, last night I dreamed our entire planet (yes, the planet itself and each individual human) was abducted by aliens because they wanted to study us.
Oh, and that Keegan somehow acquired a Magby.

Well at least your dream was interesting! Cold meds just made me dream that somehow Sam was in Cinnabar wrestling with Mike's Magmar.
Well, and the occasional flash to an autopsy table. I don't understand the nightmare! gonk

EDIT: Oh hey, as a reminder, if you live in the U S of A, there is a Wi-Fi event going on, starting tomarrow I think, that will be handing out the Enigma Stone. This enables you to catch either Latios or Latias in HG/SS depending on which version you have.
