Let me guess....Mister Chesty LaMilitia wants to create a pro-active superhero team that will go around invading bases and 'stopping villains first.' Never mind that tactics like that only lead to an escalation of violence...TRUE pro-activity involves education, welfare and preventing people from becoming criminals in the FIRST place.
