Rishiki @ Snap: It seems good to me. Rapid spin nice for when your opponent puts spikes/stealth rock/etc. up. @ toph: When I was training her, I was hoping for rock but electric is fine with me. I just wished it did more on Siren. Siren's Special Defense is litteraly the highest stat on any of my Pokemon. And her Defense rivals Lunar.

Royal infinity: That's not a bad moveset idea. That would work for a Jolly Jolteon.
My preferred Jolly or Adamant Jolteon is this:
Thunder Fang
Double Kick
Pin Missile
Magnet Rise
My Preferred Timid or Modest Jolteon is:
Thunderbolt
Shadowball
Signal Beam
Hidden Power (Ice, Grass, Dragon, Fire, Fighting, Poison, Flying)
