Emily Marneth I can't stand being in a canon clan. The girl you saw is a member of the Sukai~tou clan, the bird's equivalent to the inuzuka. She lost her right eye and uses a glass sharingan as a placeholder.
Training in the academy at Kono is being handled by Proto at the moment. I would suggest (because training in the academy is required as a student, but it gives no exp whatsoever,) to go somewhere like the forest or the training grounds on a different time-line (so you can be in both places at once [be sure not to mention anything happening in the other timeline],) and train there. Beat up a tree or find another method of training. You won't gain any exp officially until you graduate, but that just means that it all compounds until you become a genin, which pretty much gives you super-powers.

Congratulations, idizzy. I hope that you find the Uchiiha clan to your liking.
Hayate, I'm sure that if you work hard and prove yourself a valuable member of the guild, an opportunity just like idizzy's will come up for you. Or you can throw it in their faces and make a clan that speaks about who you are. Trust me, I couldn't stand being in one of the canon clans, because it just doesn't fit right. Keep on trying to make a clan that you like and you might find that you don't even want an Uchiiha anymore.
So everyone just get along, k? K. I have no interest in joining that gay clan. I'm making a dark magic clan, that allows you to revive the dead, control people (not players unless the person gives you permission, it will be like random samurai, ninja, or whatever you want. It won't be players. You can bind people in shadow, not like Shikamaru but like thick like ropes made purely of dark magic shoot out and wrap around the person. Then a ball of dense dark magic, that is kinda like a rasengan but it isn't. It doesn't have wind element or anything, and its effect is completely different but devastating. But it kinda is created in same way as rasengan. The training and effect is different but you pretty much dense all the dark magic into your hand and bam. And then there is like the ability to create a weopon of your choice, the weopon won't help you at all with increasing stats or anything but gives you more "flexibility" in the way you fight. Then there is creating stairs or walkways made of darkness, stairs for walking up or down and walkways for walking straight, like if there is a cliff. Then summoning warriors, like you can pick if they are regular like warrior looking, ninja, or samurai. But the powers don't change on what you do, and once you pick it stays that way. You can summon three per battle but there is no limit to how many you have, and you train them individually. Then there are three giant warriors you can summon who's power is devastating, it will be like hokage level jutsu though. And if you battle one of your clan and they summon one, you can't summon the same one. So there can't be two of the same one on one plain, no matter how much of a power difference there is. They get a little stronger after every fight they do, but the power doesn't switch to other characters, you simply get base if you summon one. So they have different stats with each person who can do it. Its hard to get too, you do the long training, it summons, you fight it in single combat (mind control and other summons are okay but only one "RP" character. And if you beat it, yay. If you are defeated, then you have to start over the training. And you have to do it for each one you want to summon, one has a sword, one has a spear, one has a Naginata. Though you can't do all these attacks. Since there are different paths, three. You pick one and you can only do those jutsu and the jutsu that don't have a specific class to choose. So like if you pick one path, you can't learn jutsu from another. Dark magic pwns. And I know cheerios more then you dizzy you shut it. Blah, I wasn't even serious then you go all "your jealous" And if I work hard, I like it how a complete noob makes it into the Uchiha clan and you tell me that. This is his first character. He is a noob on gaia too, sigh. Unlike me, who was hacked by some b*****d that I will get revenge on if I ever find out who did it. He is noob to gaia and noob to guild. I might have not been training a lot with my character but I've been here hella longer then him. Blah, I don't even want to be an Uchiha anyway.

Hmm I guess the kid really didn't deserve that *Helps him up by pulling up his collar and brushes splitters off his shirt* None the less. We're a happy family that hates fighting. I'm sure that if kira has seen this she would ban both of you faster than you can say "What is that giant, ominous force coming towa-AHHHHHHHHHHH!"

Hayate - my suggestion is for you to join a fantasy rp (yep, the kind with actual mages and etc), where your dark magic complex would clearly be better appreciated. 3nodding Whether you like it or not, Naruto world has clear Tensei (resurrection) Jutsu rules. You die to revive someone. Period. The only exception is in incomplete resurrection cases - Orochimaru's Kinjutsu the Edo Tensei - which is obviously not available to any Jack and Jill who wants it. Should be pretty logical, as Cursed Seals were booted. If any has a right to it at all, it would be a art lost somewhere in Oto's secrets.
And pick a clear ability. Clans have one main focus - and none of the ambiguous dark magic excuse for crap as the 'overall clan ability'. Branch abilities for different sects, fine...the Knight clan was one who had a sected clan but clearly, sub abilities still are related to the main ability. Oh. In case you didn't know, summoning type limits (like Fujiko) and tank-Ninjutsu types are considered different limit abilities.
How amusing. Though you claim you hate Uchiha, yet you want the ability to "control people".

1) Its not really reviving them as much as controling their body to fight on. And its not controling someone like *walks up and chants* Yay your under my control. Ohh and I'm going for kinda ninja jutsu. They aren't really mages, they just use dark magic. Like you do handsigns and chant stuff at same time. Kinda shaolin I think 0.o
2) You control non player people, but you can control other players if the person tells you that you can, maybe for a story or something. But really its like you are controling random people.
3)General is dark magic, but they go into different areas
Group one: Pretty much jutsu that involve you hiding or something while you have summons or mind controls under way.
I mean for gods sake, if Orochimaru who is pretty much supposed to resemble a 8 tailed 8 headed snake orochi. And there is the nine tailed fox, why can't there be evil and dark jutsu.
