Hm Prussia or Denmark, I don't know....
They are pretty similar anyways. Both speak German (a lot of Danish people due becasue Denmark is a peninsula off of Germany) they both have that personality. I guess it depends if you want him to be a Nordic or a European.

German seems to dominate most of Europe ._. (apart from East south and BRITAIN - oh, we're so excluded = w=)

To let you guys know, I'm making Nesse fictional and non-fictional! o3o
Nesse is Saundra's pet lockness monter, but it's actually a Scotish submarine that Saundra uses to get away with! And she calls it Nesse. I'm just doing this so that is doesn't make it sound too magical and fail... orz
