Yeah...well that answers my question...I still would like it to have super defenses...
I want its special attack to be a little higher, so I'll prolly put a few EVs in that....Moveset I haven't quite figured out yet...right now I'm thinking...
Hydro Pump or Surf
Iron Defense
Rapid Spin
ok, on this last move, I'm thinking Rain Dance, and what I will do, is replace thunderbolt for Thunder on Raichu, so Blastoise can get the Watter boost, and Raichu's thunder will be accurate.

Eh, I've almost made all my electric types immune to ground moves biggrin , Hopefully later I'll get magnet rise for all my Pokemon for this lame event Jiarachi.
