Akuji looked up. "Oh, hi." he said. Akuji stood up and looked at her with a confused expression. "Why'd you follow me?" he asked.

"Cause I was worried, I know this is the day of your father's death, you must feel really bad. I'm sorry.. Should I go back? " Kumi asked with a sad look on her face.
"It controls her life, differant colors mean differant things. for example, Purple means death.." Kyo said leaning back.

Sedric looked at it in the light. "So no fishing with it?" he asked.
Akuji sat back down. "No, it's fine. It was my fault he died anyway, I shouldn't be so upset about it." he looked up at the sky. "Maybe you should go...I've killed a lot of people you know." he said almost whispering."It's better if you didn't meet me."

"I killed my mother and father..and my brother.." Kumi got a confused like on Akuji's face. "Don't ask.." Kumi sat down next to him. "Come on.. do you think your Dad would want you to feel horriable.. That was in the past.." Kumi smiled at him.
Kyo laughed a bit. "I tried that, the fish don't bite."

Akuji nodded. "Though my real father probably wants me dead." he gave a fake smile. "The one in the grave's the one who actually loved me, but he's not really my father...so you killed your parents too? I bet they loved you too..."
Sedric looked at it again. "Well what is it used for other than just Kumi's life? Sure that's important, but I can't just carry it around everywhere! I'm not really the safest person." he laughed.

"I can't keep it.. I don't want to remeber the last time.." Kyo sai to him. "Yuki, will lose it.. Well, There's Sango but, I doubt it.. THAT LEAVES you.. Well, you can make her do stuff.. I made her laugh like crazy once.. and it's important that #1 Never let Kumi touch it. #2 Don't let Naraku have it again and #3 don't tell Kumi I gave it to you."
"No, you got it all wrong.. They hated everything about me.." Kumi said looking into the water.

"Gottcha...heh heh heeeh, this'll be fun." he laughed loudly, and tucked it away into his pocket.
Akuji looked up. "Really?" he asked. He threw a rock into the water, and it skipped once, but sunk down below. "I can remember my mother's face... that's all I know about her...but it wasn't her face...she was dead when I first remembered her. She looked at me and died." he sighed. "I guess I'm lucky though... I had a parent who cared about me...until I was about ten that is."

"Yeah..." Kumi looked at him and sighed. "It was that damned neckless. Yeah sure my parents hated me, but they didn't deserve to die. The idiotic neckless that deiceds if I live or die,and killed my family.." Kumi said to her self. "and now it's back.." Kumi punched the gound, letting her anger out again.

Akuji didn't turn to face her. Wind blew, and his hair flopped left and right. He closed his left eye, just to be safe. "So why are you friends with Sedric?" Akuji asked. He threw in another rock.

"That's a good question.." Kumi sat there and thought about it. "I wanted to help him escape... well, at first he wanted to kill us, then I met the so called creators, and They 'caused a lot of trouble ever since then. We evetually became friends.."

"I had a feeling he was different. The first hint came when he didn't do anything but kill. The second was probably the fact that he escaped rather than killing me." he made a small gray flame appear in his hand and mived it around to keep him busy. "I have to destroy the main jewel." he said to himself.

Akuji looked back at her. A large wind blew by, and he quickly covered his eye before it was seen. "Not exactly." he said. "They're controlling a lot of people, and they did give me a jewel at one point, but I don't know where it went after I woke up, after the arena was destroyed. I don't want them to control anyone else though, and if they regain control of me, they'd use my power."
