Shaking her head at his words, she let him having his fun and laughter at her about it. That didn't change the fact, she hit him again, however playfully she was with it. "Oh, shush... I'm not that bad," she told him, smirking faintly as she thought about her habit of getting in trouble and how she had even started a war one time.... Lifting her glass once again, she sipped quietly on it while he started to calm down more. "My mother's going to be my maid of honor. Not sure who he's going to ask to be his best man yet. The engagement's happened recently ago, and he had to leave to take care of.... some business," she told him, sighing faintly before pushing the thoughts away on just what he was going to do and how dangerous it was. "Think you could bring yourself to be there," she asked him, smirking still as she wondered if he would wear a suit and not complain about it while there. "I know how to find you now... so I can help you get there quickly," she told him, her tail swishing behind her still. She could shadow step after all and once she's been there, Rose will be able to return using it.

"Well..."

He raised his right hand to fiddle with his chin, and the goatee he bore there, whilst thinking the entire scenario over carfully.

"I'de hate to make a fool of myself and embaress you at your wedding in front of so many important people, I am but a humble hunter, after all. I doubt it will be much the occasion that calls for the company of those that fight in wars, battles and hunts, more like those that give out the commands, or watch for sport. I doubt I would fit in, but alright.."

With a mouthfull of Guinness, and a drag of his cigarette, he continued.

"I can feign interest in a few dull conversations I supose. I get to bring my sword though, and my bike, just so that I can escape the mob if I have to."

Rolling her eyes at his words, Rose wondered if he really did believe his words or if he was just saying it. "You'll get along with Mother... She's a fighter, fault in a few wars herself and quite a few battles... Maybe you two can save one another from the dullness," she teased him, sticking out her tongue before draining the remains of her glass and sitting it aside. "You have to wear a full suit and clean up some," she told him, snickering faintly at his scruffy appearance. "I'll have to make sure the sword would be fine... No need to make someone think you're a threat," she told him, wondering what'd happen if they thought he was. "Besides... you think I'll fit in," she asked him, grinning softly before leaning her chin on her knee again. At least she had dealt with people of the upper crust and had learned how to behave if she had to...

"Hmm, sounds like a right old bird, Alright, for the sake of being a gentleman and saveing her from the obligatory dullness, I'll be there. And hey, you know me, so long as no one tries to tell me i've had enough to drink, tables will stay upright and cheeks wont be discoloured."

With once more that stupid grin, like a fanciful child he burst out into laughter, of course however it wasn't just jesting. He had been involved in more then his fair share of brawls, the most, or atleast a fair share of them starting out with some young upstart tender telling him he had already had enough booze. One would think it to be the greatest insult in the world, the way he reacted sometimes.

As his laughter died down once more...Very gradually, he took another mouthfull of stout, before sighing, trying to get more oxygen back into his lungs.

"I'll wear a suit jacket, a shirt, and slacks..Very slack, slacks. I aint tuckin' the shirt in though, I'll wear boots, and aint no one sticking a tie, or bow round this here neck. Forget it. The same goes for the hair, i'll shave, but aint noone tasking the scissors to my hair."

Grinning as she thought about some of the brawls she had witnessed and managed to stay out of due to people trying to tell how much he was allowed to drink, Rose shook her head faintly. "I'll make sure no one does, no need to get you thrown out or someone hurt," she told him, smirking slightly now. "I'm sure Mother will be like you getting into a dress," she told him, grinning widely as she thought about the thought of Wolf in a dress... She had seen her in a dress once...when she had married Katsu, it had been a long time ago for her as well as his death, but she still felt a tingle of pain at the thought of his death.

Hearing his words on his outfit, she snapped out of her thoughts before tilting her head. "Aw, no tie? I was going to buy you a bright pink one to wear," she teased him, laughing softly at the thought of him wearing something pink. "Keep your hair neat and pulled back if you can, tuck in your shirt and I'll let you get away without a tie," she told him, wondering if he'd agree to her compromise or not. She knew people'd be talking for sure about her having such a guest in the first place, but she didn't care about them talking about her.. She was trying to make sure she was able to keep from embarrassing Loke anymore then he may be from her; she knew how stuffy and uptight that type could be.

"Mmmm..I'll ignore the tie comment."

He was obviously thinking it all over, and as he narrowed those stone grey eyes at her, a look of seriousness came over him.

"You drive a hard bargain...But alright, Hair back, no tie, but shirt tucked in."

He had dealt with the sort that he was sure would be at the occasion, and for the most part, got along with them, some even liked him, enjoying his attitude and stories, though there was always the ones far too stuffy for their own good, that would look down on him as no more then a heathen. He could care less though, he chose this life over the life they had quite happily and everyday thanked himself for making the decision.

Rolling her eyes at him, she idly ran her fingers along the edge of the champagne bottle while he thought about her suggestion. "Be on your best behavior," she asked him, grinning still at him. She knew he'd be good for her and try not to cause a fight or any problems... but she had to tease her old friend none the less. It was always a good feeling to run into an old friend from years past and getting to know one another again and talking like old times. "So, Nature Boy... if it's needed... can you hide your tail," she asked him, not sure how the kingdom would be about people that were different or strange. It was one of those things she had forgot to ask Loke about before he had left... Her tail was still swaying behind her in an amused manner while she waited for his answer, she reached out for the bottle then poured herself another glass. She knew she could handle her liquor and knew when to stop, so she had no worry about getting drunk that night.

"Hey, i'm ALWAYS on my best behaviour...Its just by the comparison to the behaviour of OTHERS, that mine seems bad."

It was all fun and games, and all merry laughter, till the mention of hiding his tail. Now that, needless to say, struck a chord. And a half.

"Your joking, right?...."

He waited, though judging by her expression, she wasn't, thus, he responded with a sigh, and continued in a disheartened tone.

"Alright, though ONLY, if its to save you, and your husband to be annoying questions. If its because the natives are without tolerance for difference in others. If its because they will dissallow me from entering the community. if its simple, arrogant racism, then I refuse. For you, i'll hide it, but if its because the people of the land are narrow minded buggers, then bollocks to that, I have my pride. Granted, not an arrogant pride, but a pride in myself, as being an understanding, open minded man just as I would have the rest of the world be."

Biting on her lip as things grew serious, Rose sighed herself along with him as she knew she may have gone too far after all. "I'm not sure which it would be, I'm not certain how those people there will react. Some may just be questionable and I don't know what to answer, neither would Loke.. leaving you being swamped by people and their annoying questions... On the other hand though, they could be racist fools with their head shoved so far up their a** they cant see how it doesn't matter. I couldn't blame you from not wanting to hide who you are, it's not fair. I don't want to hide who I am and my heritage, but I've had to do it before," she told him, reaching out to gently pat his hand before shaking her head. "I'll speak with Loke when I see him again... and see how things will be along those lines," she told him before lifting her glass with her other hand and sipping on it. It was hard for her to think about how he wasn't with her and wouldn't be for some months still. Though, the sadness in her eyes could be mistaken for the subject at hand, too. Her ears were laying flat against her head by this point and her tail had stopped it's swaying and now laid about her waist.

Sighing, he reached out and rested his hand, over hers, just as she had first his, an encouraging smile upon his face as he looked at her.

"I'll show up regardless. I could care less about what people think of me. For goodness sake, I left my wealthy, famous bloodline behind in favour of the life of a wanderer. I'm an immortal, i've lived through the age of Adam and Eve, though its not quite as the bible circulated these days tells it. There will always be the cockers that dont want to understand other races, always. I learnt a long time ago to get over it. So.."

Standing up from his stool, a little wobbly, albiet, he cleared his throat and mocked an authoritive pose.

"I'll be showing up, without any inhabitions, and care for the reaction of others. Take me as your guinea pig. If i'm stoned on sight, then perhaps you would rather hide it. Otherwise, join me."

Glancing down at their hands, she laughed softly as she saw how much his much larger hand dwarfed her own. "Something we both have in common," she murmured faintly, her mind briefly thinking about how she had left her home and the wealth there to do as she wished and wanted. At first, she believed he had been joking about the Adam and Eve comment, making his age even more then it had really been. She knew he was immortal.. but didn't realize just quite his age. She was curious what he meant about how the Bible was off on what really happened then, but that'd wait for another time.

Withdrawing her hand as he stool, she laughed softly as she noticed how he seemed to want to fall over at first. "How much have you had to drink so far," she asked him before growing quiet besides for her giggles at his pose. "I'll talk to Loke," she told him, smiling softly before nodding. She wanted to make sure she wasn't going to screw it up and ruin things for Loke, especially with him coming the new King....

"SHHhhhh, Dont you worry about that darlin'. I'm a big boy, a little brew never hurt no body. Well, not me atleast."

With a thunderous clap of laughter once more, he turned to regard the fridges once more, going about the task of securing yet another beer as he continued.

"I can understand if you, or his Loke chap are afraid for the reactions if he is to be one day a king or something, I mean, mortals who may have had limited interaction with immortals, or 'mythical' beings would react predictably to their kingdom being run by one."

Finally, he erected himself once more, leaning over the bar counter with a new can of Guinness, despite the fact his first wasn't ven completely empty yet. Cracking the lip, he raised his right hand, and pointed at Rose groggily.

"However.."

It was at about that point, that the tavern doors swung open, and Fenrir's attention was stolen, eyes curiously wandering over to notice two 'men' enter. Militants, soldiers. More specifically, under the DeSeer command. ARMS ghouls.

One carried a monstrous long range cannon that actually fired shells, rather then conventional infantry weapon rounds, it was a wonder even a ghoul could bare the weight of such a weapon, on top of the munitions pack on his back, SWATesque body armor and side arms. The second, carried a modified assault rifle, one the marines could envy, along with its grenade launcher attachment.

"See, I told you. Dead. One more checkpoint down, and we can take five here, before moving o..."

The cannon halling ghoul cut himself off, as he spotted the pair of occupants at the counter, his free hand coming up to pat against the second ghoul's chest, before pointing at the pair.

"Aye, isn't that..."

As the first ghoul squinted, eyeing up the pair, the second, more infantry armed ghoul flicked through a folder he had tucked under his arm.

"Oh boy..."

Was all Fenrir offered in regards to the occurance, before the folder baring ghoul looked up with shock and shouted.

"It is!

As the second Ghoul pointed at a profile in the pages of the folder, specifically at a picture, the first Ghoul gave a grunt, lifting the barrel of his cannon to aim at Fenrir.

"You there! Hands up, and step out from behind the counter!"

In response, Fenrir only pointed at himnself with a mock look of confusion, before waving and nodding, casually making his way around the counter in a wobbily line, whilst still sipping his fresh beer.

"Alright, whats up boys? I assure you, i'm of age, though I dont have an ID on me to prove it.."

Laughing heartily, as if it were all just a big joke and he knew about it, he watched as the second Ghoul compared the man before him, to the picture in the profile.

"Wait, i'm not so sure...He looks similiar, but his hair is the wrong colour, no markings...And he looks to be a lycan. He cant be. Besides, this is a photo of a deadman."

"Well, drunk, but I can again assure you, i'm not dead."

Looking over his shoulder, Fenrir gave Rose a shrug, coupled with a rather comical expression, before the first Ghoul stepped forward, giving Fenrir's chest a slight nudge with the muzzle of his weapon, stating rather surely.

"No, i'm sure of it. It's the General's father alright, reincarnated or possibly just back from the grave a third time. This is Narok Blazeheart."

All humour was thrown to the wind, as Fenrir slowly turned his head back to look at the pair of ARMS Ghouls. Apparently the joke hadn't suddenly grown old.

"What did you say?"

"I dont know..."

"I'm telling you, its him. Naro.."

All of the sudden, the first Ghoul found himself on unsteady feet, knees shaking, with the butt end of his weapon's frame settled under his chin, teeth hitting the floor.

Fenrir stood with his left hand gripping the muzzle of the cannon, having grabbed it in a flash, and sesawed it so the butt sprung up to crash under the Ghoul's chin.

"You think i'm that b*****d?"

Wide eyed, the second Ghoul dropped the folder and reached to draw his rifle from how it hung by a strap around his shoulder, however instead he found himself laying flat on his back, left arm raised over his head, wrist held in Fenrir's spare hand. In another flash, he had reversed the motion of the draw, and thrown the Ghoul in a loop on the spot, landing him flat on his spine, dazed as all hell.

"Whats this rott about a General?.."

"b*****d!"

Stepping back, the Ghoul still on his feet drew the saber at his belt, however as he took a swing, he found nothing but air. With a ghostly howl that seemed to come from the very air, rather then any of the three men, Fenrir rose up from the motion of ducking, and stepping under the blade half a pace to the left, as his right hand delivered a palm heel to just under the chin of the Ghoul. This time, the poor sod wasn't staying on his feet.

Hopping back over to the bar, Fenrir collected his cloak and gloves, before leaning over to give Rose an air kiss on the cheek.

"See you at the wedding sweet heart."

And so, he was out, walking over the Ghouls, mindfull of the one still concious, though dazed as he collected the Ghoul's cheek with the steel toe of his boot in passing, sufficiently rendering him unconcious.

"Cant take me anywhere!"

Was the last thing he said, as he jogged out the door.
