She smiled and giggled from his grin. It was just too cute. For the moment she just contented herself with cuddling him.
"Shouldn't we sit down?"
She asked quietly. It was just easier to cuddle when one was sitting...Plus she wanted his wings around her.

Sky's laughter bubbled as she listened to her father-in-law tease her husband. Being hugged closer she giggled and kissed him assuringly.
"Relax. We were teasing, dear. Of course our baby's vocabulary won't be stunted."
She giggled thinking how Isis' nonstop talk would aid in the child's development of speech.
Unknowingly, he read her mind, really they were thinking too much alike, "No doubt with you and Isis." Both of them spoke well and he didn't have to worry that his sister would teach the child bad words, just bad behaviors such as pranks.

She grinned mischieviously as she snuggled close to him and giggled.
"Yes...auntie Isis and mommy will definitely have fun teaching them to speak."
She kissed him softly and nuzzled him. "Although I could use a small nap...with certain company."

Nebiros smiled when he heard her giggle. It was nice to know she could be cheered up. To her question of sitting down, he nodded.
"Sure. Want to just sit down here or somewhere else?" The question was innocent by intention, although not necessarily innocent-sounding.

"Where would we go for else where?"
A simple, innocent question. Here was nice but she just wanted to know what the other options were.

He thought for a moment. It was a good question.
"Well.....if you don't want to go inside, we can always sit up in a tree...or in a clearing of flowers.....or something like that." He shrugged a little bit, not sure.

"Hmm a field of wildflowers versus the comforts of home...Tough choice."
She grinned. Wildflowers...she must have been feeling better. She ran her fingertips down the edges of his wings.

He chuckled a bit as he watched her grin, purring quietly as the edges of his wings were touched.
"I take it you like the outdoors option better?" How had he known that? One could curse vampires and their strange abilities...

She wanted him comfortable also. She snuggled in his arms, burying her fingers into his feathers and stroking them gently.

Nebiros grinned at her, purring still as she stroked his feathers. He actually liked the sound of the fresh air...
"Not particularly. It's a nice day out today." He smiled down at her, nuzzling the top of her head.

"Then outside it is...maybe a field..."
She smiled a little, picturing little flowers in Nebiros hair. A childish fantasy but one she was thinking would be cute.
"Would you know where a field was at?"

He smiled when she decided on the outside. He deftly picked her up and lept into the air, flying above for a bit until he spied a clearing within the woods.
"There looks good." He said before flying low, landing softly amidst the small field of white flowers. He set her down on her feet gently.

She squeaked when she was picked up and latched on. She'd only flown once but she was a little prepared for that flight. This one had been unexpected but once her feet touched the ground, she squealed in small delight.
She flopped down and laid down, breathing in the scent of the white flowers, finding them to be sweet.

He smiled when he heard her squeak, chuckling a bit as he watched her flop back into the flowers. She looked so cute. He knelt down amidst the sweet flowers and picked a few, fashioning them together to make a crown.

She rolled to lay on her stomach, casually plucking at the flowers and threading a few through his hair and wings. Occassionally she would caress his wings, smiling a little as she soon nuzzled the flowers.
It felt good to just be silly...no worries, no heartaches....just silliness.
