Agh....Ack that taste like dog food ran through the blender with a frothmade of motor oil!!! Yuck...I feel sicker!!! Ugh....

The main seal is the Ram seal, and most Konoha ninja use it to help them concentrate." I demonstrate the ram seal and concentrate. A small wave of dust around my feet is kicked up, "Now we just have to focus our Chakra, visualize it moving to where we need it, and it goes there. However, we also need to monitor the amount we send there. You try."

"You're supposed to drink it, but the headache should be gone," I call out, "If you drank it, the sickness usually goes in five minutes, but what the hell." I take out a can of soda from the fridge and hand it over, "Here drink this, it'll get rid of the taste."

I stop taking my notes and think back to the meditations with Krauser. If that was focusing, then all I had to do was direct it right? And it had appeared that she had directed hers to the ground. I nod, put my note pad and pencil away and form the ram seal. I then focus on my Chakra and direct it to my feet.

I laugh slightly, "Don't be afraid, focus as much Chakra as possible down to your feet." However, I underestimated his Chakra amount, as a large amount of dust kicked up, "Okay, now stop." I walk to a tree.
"This will be your first excercise Kai," I say. I plant my foot on it, and then move my other foot onto it and begin to walk up the tree horizontal, "I want you to climb this tree without using your hands." I carried on walking up with that demonstration. I stood about two thirds of the way up the tree and took out a kunai from my pocket, "Once you have got up as far as you can go, "Then..." I slash at the tree, "Mark the point where you got up to." I leap backwards and back down again, landing softly, "Then try again." I hand over the Kunai.

I nod and take the knife. I start to walk up the tree but suddenly fall back down without making any headway. I heard her laugh.

"Okay, focus Chakra to your feet again, but this time take a run up, your Chakra control isn't that good yet," I laugh, "Once you get to the top, come find me, i'll be waiting by the Hot Spring Baths."

"The only thing I know about her, she should tell you herself, other than that she told a nurse at the hospital to tell you to visit her. The nurst also has Kiki's address," I said, "I honestly don't know much more. Now, if you want something to eat, I suggest you sit down. Oh and another thing, you can stay here anytime, there's a spare room down the hall way there that you can use."

I watch as the woman turns and leaves. I focus Chakra to my feet, and when I thought I had done enough, I charged at the tree, and ran up it...but suddenly about a quarter of the way up the tree, I lost the grip and ended up slashing the tree and jumping back down.
"Too little Chakra and you loose your grip, right," I said and focused more Chakra into my feet.

Finishing my shower, I dress in appropriate clothing and also sit in a chair around the table.

"Alright," I say, "Dinner is served." I had made an unusually large amount, because not only was I hungry, but no doubt the Ninja was hungry too. I put a wooden stand on the table, and then took the huge cooking pot from the stove, and put it on the table. Then I proceeded to dish out the Rabbit Ramen, adding various boiled eggs, asparagus, and other unusual food items. I had also added a decent amount of spices too, not to make it hot, but to give it that Ramen taste. I take leave the pot there, as it still had some left in, and also sat down, "Eat up."

I look at my bowl, "You've out done yourself." I say looking at the large pile of Ramen in my bowl. I then take extra soda from the fridge and hand them round. I also tuck in.

After two or three attempts, and still only getting half way up the tree I rested for a moment, before focusing an extremely large amount of Chakra into my feet. I charge at the tree again, and two steps up...
CRUNCH
I slashed the tree and jumped back down. It was hard indeed to maintain Chakra at the feet. I focused again. I had now learned, two much Chakra was cause the bark to split, but too little would not give me any grip, so i had to find something inbetween and maintain it. I looked at the tree again.
