Oh, BTW, I saw AVP today. Never has an "animals attack" movie failed so spectacularly at building empathy between the victims and the audience... but it was still pretty good. Sure, I couldn't differentiate 70% of the cast from each other, and I predicted everyone who would die in the first 5 minutes, but the CG was awesome and the fight with the alien queen was so joyous that I have fond memories of Aliens again. After Alien: Ressurection, I didn't think that would ever be possible again.

I'd say whether or not I cared about the acting, but it doesn't really matter. I don't think it was particularly well acted, but the vast majority of the actors don't have more than a dozen lines anyways, so they aren't around long enough to really judge one way or another.

It would have been great if Arnold and Sigorney had done cameos...

That would have been nice, yes. Although if Sigorney had shown up, I might have gotten Alien 4 flashbacks and run screaming from the theater.

AlienxWeaver scene. Ugh. That still makes my head hurt.

o.0

You're worried about PLOT HOLES in a movie titled ALIEN VERSUS PREDATOR.

And I didn't say I wanted Ripley or... uhh.. Arnold's guy to be in the movie, just Weaver or Arnold. Like, they could have given someone coffee and left.

And I thought I had problems with anger.

Anyways, I think the guy who played the android in Aliens and Alien 3 was the "Wayward" guy in AVP, but I'm not certain on that. What made me start thinking that was when I saw his face on the magazine and it said he was the father of robotics or something and I remembered the robot was modeled after his creator and that the guy was bald and stuff. If that's right, then that's enough of a cameo, I guess.

I'd like for Sigorny and Arnold to just be random extras as cameos, like how Stan Lee does it in the Marvel movies (although he barely showed in Spiderman 2).

I think Arnold's character was named Dutch in Predator.

"Don't turn your back on me you son of a b***h!" *FIRE*

I wonder if that trick works. I need to steal an inhaler from a kid with asthma and find out.

Well, you can buy the road flare easy.

An inhaler on the other hand, I think you need a prescription for. Thankfully, children these days are weak, feeble, fat little goblins incapable of running fast without collapsing into a quivering pile of jelly sucking on their plastic teat of life.

Here's the plan: I go to a middle school with a wiffle bat (not a real bat because I just want to make them angry, not unconscious), and smack fat kids up the head until they chase me. When they collapse to the ground because their fat little bodies are unused to moving for extended periods of time, if they take out an inhaler, I grab it and run. If they don't, I find more fat kids, which, thanks to the fact that kids these day are so ******** fat because all they eat is McDonalds and salted lard, won't be an issue. I'll be the wolf to their herd of weak and sick elk.

What do you guys think?
