Horus had his music blaring in his helmet, so he did not hear the Commander, but was already going as fast as the shuttle could.

With the Marker destroyed, the ship blown up, and Alik safe there was no business left for any Hell Reavers in that area of space, particularly Horas, Cayman, and Roland. All that was left returning home and calling it day.
Almost immediately after coming back home to Earth, a celebration was held in honor of Roland for successfully taking on fifty missions, and living through all of the with minimal damage. Because of his success, his name would not only be remembered among the Hell Reavers, but the world as well.
As for Alik, not much could be said for her. When she arrived home she was only met with a crying mother who held her in a hug that could break a bear's rib cage, but government agents demanding her story. They got their debriefing of her story upon the ship, and with the Necromorphs. Though the government did choose to share some of the story (mostly revealing the existence of Necromorphs and their nature, and how to dispose of them should anything like this happen again), Alik chose to remain tight lipped, as an atonement for those left behind on the ship, and those who died in the panic and frenzy of the ship's madness.

Roland, having nothing else to do as his tour of duty was over, needed find something new to do...
He decided to live his civilian life with Alik, seeing as she was not against living with a person with his track record.
Cayman and Horus continued their services to the Hell Reaver cause without problem, now having 'Necromorph Removal' on their job list...
