(( I can't wait until Luciano's crew comes up to the infirmary to see nobody there. Then they have to look around for the hidden corridor and get past the security to open the door...not even considering what's inside the room <3 ))

The zombies (as there isn't any better term) are held back back by a prison cell gate with both vertical and horizontal bars. It doesn't stop them from reaching out though...

Edit: When we start to kill things, I'm going to heat me up some Chef boyardee<3 Because gory killing scenes aren't as fun when you don't have any Chef Boyardee to eat while you kill stuff!

The thing is though, Sabe isn't in any cells in the room. He just kinda got thrown in there. Think like a map sort of like this:

Well, the hidden corridor is behind one of the file cabinets. You'll need to find a small switch in the medic's desk. Once the file cabinet is moved over, the hall does straight down, and leads to a heavily protected door. The anti-magnet field needs to be down (or the anti-magic field) so either Michelle or Waffle can open the door without knocking it flat down. Sabe will be right there at the entrance since he crawled all the way to the door and got no further.

Medics are supposed to be quick on their feet. It's part of their job. D;
Lol, even then... If you do catch him and put him at gunpoint, he'd just say that Sabe 'disappeared'. The point is, you're going to have to find the switch on your own and get past the door, because the medic is either dead/escaped/uncooperative.
