Randal nodded and waited until she had left the room before he sagged back against the pillows, he was very tired. "Yes, in a moment, the child is hungry though." he said.

Leo instantly shook his head. "Nuh-uh..." He responded, the red light having left his eyes, though it couldn't be seen, becuase his head was still hidden by Roo

Kevin moved in front of Leo, pulling his head up gently. "His eyes are not red." Kevin said, smiling at Leo gently, keeping his touch impersonal

"I thought they were." Randal said looking over Leo. "Nevermind than." he added and looked away. He wanted to remove his shirt, the long sleeved shirt irritating. "Did you sleep well little one?" he asked after a moment.

Leo nodded his head. He carefully pulled away from Kevin's cold touch, smiling shyly at him. "Yeah..." He said softly moving to crawl up to Randy he offered his friend Roo. "Are you sick?" He asked, Roo always helped when he was sick. He had pushed aside the memories from that night, trying to forget them as best he could, which was the reason why he was actually able to function
Kevin sat at the edge of the bed again. "Do you need help taking off your shirt love?" He asked

Randal nodded to Kevin, it felt as though speaking to that girl had taken a whole lot of energy to do, his body weak. "Just a little." he said to Leo and patted Roo lightly on his head.

Leo hugged his bear, happy to see that Randy had accepted his help. He moved out of the way slowly, wincing as he started to feel his own aches and pains.
Kevin moved over to Randy and helped him to tak off his shirt, then moved to grab some bandages and put them on the still exposed scratchs

Randal winced as the fabric puled over the scratches and he held himself upright for Kevin as the bandages were wrapped around his chest, the tightness of the wrapping helping to ease much of the ache in his chest. "Thank you love." he said.

Kevin made a soothing noise as he sat back on the bed. "Leo, can we check your hurts love?" He asked gently, turning to the boy.
Leo looked up at Kevin, then nodded slowly. "I don't want any more medicine..." He said softly

Randal lay back, closeing his eyes as he relaxed slowly. "Of course little one, unless you need it we will not force anything on you." he said, opening his eyes a little to look at the boy.

Kevin nodded his head. "Only if you want it love." He responded, moving to gently pull up Leo's shirt. "Why don't you hold this love?" He asked, smilng gently.
Leo had moved to protest the touch, only to be stopped by Kevin's words, he nodded, thankful for the control Kevin had given him, by allowing him to hold up the shirt, and keep it up only if he wanted to.

Randal looked over at Kevin and Leo for a moment, his eyes growing heavy. Leo looked better, at least more energetic now that he was awake.

Kevin nodded his head, the bruises were still painful looking, but the boy was healing well enough, he moved to examine Leo's back, which also was doing well. "There. That's all." He smiled gently at Leo. "Does your tooth hurt?" He asked.
Leo rubbed at his eye, shaking his head, while it was sensitive to the touch, he didn't feel any true pain from the broken tooth. He opened his mouth, showing Kevin it.

Randal started to drift off, his eyes closeing, he couldnt seem to shut down his body as he normally did, instead sleeping like a human would.

Kevin examined the tooth. "Is it difficult to bite down?" He asked, his curiousty kicking in.
Leo nodded his head, though he hadn't really thought about it before. He picked at the fur on Roo's head.
