"I'm still here." She had had about enough of this. They were both fighting like little boys in the sandbox and it was just pointless. "Neither of you will throw threats out like that. You will not be harming each other but this danger is extremely real and it is on our plane. If that traces back to you, Malik, then that is something that you must answer for to Ty. But that's not the issue here. Time is of the essence. If this is the only way to stop these creatures, then so be it. We will wait but the work should be of highest priority. As for the closing of the plane, consider it already done. It is too dangerous to allow things to continue in this way. Andal was once a closed plane and will be again. Concessions will be made where required but that is not our concern right now. Can you guarantee that this will work and how long will it take if every available resource is put to work on it?"

"Excuse me." Giving a nod to the others at the table, she pushed up and followed her husband upstairs to the room they always used when they were at Twilight. "Snapping at me won't get you what you want. I don't know what that is, but if I can do something for you then you're going to have to talk to me. Treat me with some respect, Sevilin. You claim to love me, then treat me like you do."

"I have no desire to fight with you, but I also don't want to hurt anymore." Shaking her head and walking over to pull the ripped and burnt tunic from his body. "I'm tired of you walking around me and believing or pretending that I don't matter. You don't talk to me anymore, Sevilin. I know you love me but you've stopped showing it. Why?"

"I'm too preoccupied? You're never around anymore. Malik always has you running this errand or that errand and when I ask you how it went you give me some two word answer. And then today you come in and you look absolutely awful and before I can open my mouth to ask if you're even okay, you give me the look that I've done something wrong. How do you think that makes me feel? The first acknowledgment you've shown me in a while is the look you give your children when they have to go to their rooms until they can be civil." Moving into the bathroom, she ran hot water for him to take a bath and tossed his tunic on the floor to be taken care of later. "Take your bath. Maybe we'll both feel better after that."

"I know and I hate that. But everytime I try to change it...it's like you don't want to. I asked for time off to spend with you...and I sat home by myself." Frowning then and turning it right back around on him. "That's my job, Sevilin. Malik wanted every one of his family members checked over and then Savryn decided to turn her magic around on Dhairiss so he had to be handled as well." She was sitting on the bed playing with the pillows when he returned. Glancing up at him, she blinked and then snorted before breaking down and laughing. "I'm sorry...that's not really that funny..."

Heaving a full-bodied sigh, she flipped onto her tummy and studied him before her. "I guess I should have mentioned it to Malik myself to keep the surprise aspect or not assumed you could just read my mind." Reaching out, she gave his hand a tug to pull him to the bed beside her. "I miss you. I miss making love with you and laughing and talking about all those things that don't matter." If there was a rock lodged in his nose, she'd easily be able to remove it. "You need something else to cut through it."

"You may be grown up sweetheart, but sometimes your mind gets away from you in the wake of an exciting ideal still. And I've never been telepathic...it creeps me out." Some talents were just not for him after all. But he sat down next to her and gave a sigh, shaking his head and letting his hand pet through her hair comfortingly. "Well, you're pre-occupied with Faate's...fate and I'm working a lot." As usual it was a two part problem with the both of them. "That or I need to stick my head underwater for a while and soak it all out."

"Doesn't undo what damage they've already done..." And with his luck he was going to have to find a way to to make sure Lucana was structurly sound, unless he wanted Farhian's ground collapsing from under it. "I'm closing my gates but as said, there will be special concessions for you and yours. I just haven't figured them out at the present moment." But like it or not, Malik was right and he had to get himself together and sit still for thirty mintues. Thusly he accepted the wine...besides, that would probably help with the pain he was feeling right now anyway. Numb it out some. "They're well...growing, healthy, bright eyed."

"Well, I was under the impression they were both boys. my apologies on that one."

a slight grin and raising of an eyebrow.

"Well with your new rules I doubt they'll be hopping planes, won't they. but it's good to know things are going well. I do hope their birth wasn't too hard a trial on you?"

taking a drink and feeling out bond things to his wife and tugging on that cord some, using malevolence as an amplifier.

Tell your father and your mother that they owe me for this one.

"As true as that is, she won't even give the whole dating thing a chance. It's like she's decided that it's not for her and that's the end of it. I just want her to have fun and be a girl and not be so concerned about her studies. She works hard and that's a good way to burn yourself out quick. And that would be a real shame." Giggling at him, she tugged him down to lay on the bed. "No cleaning for you. You didn't even take that long in the shower which I'm massively impressed about." Plopping a kiss on his lips. "I could rub some lotion beneath your nostrils to cut it."

"Probably not. Although we'll still need to keep our guards and such and it never hurts to understand the other planes out there. We'll just be more choosy about who comes into ours. Trust, once broken, is very hard to earn back." Lhia gave an indulgent smile to Malik. "I don't take it as an insult. Their birth was more of a trial because of the two of them coming at the same time but they were easier to push out because of their smaller size. Surface elves just aren't meant for childbirth of multiples like that. We probably won't have anymore children."
