Isn't that original, rats as fruit flies.

They follow me around because I treat them well, instead of like vermin to be kicked or killed. Now I know you're big on punching away your problems, but when I was locked in Blackgate prison, I decided that maybe instead of abusing the rats and finding myself knee deep in dead critters and rat poop, that maybe a little kindness would benefit us both. And it did.
Fruit flies? Fruit flies. Fruit flies....you know, if Trickster were still alive, he'd have written that one down.

Well, that has something to do with it, sure. But your special . . . bouquet . . . probably doesn't hurt.

*Stares intently at her nails.*
It's the more charitable name for the phenomenon.

You may have robbed a charity function I've attended.

I NEVER robbed legit charities.
Yeah, I know who you are. You're Kathy Kane, of the Gotham Kanes. We *did* attend a charity event together, but that was long before my dad disowned me. Boy, that was YEARS ago. Wayne Foundation, I think...it was a charity for education for inner city youth. That actually wound up inspiring me later on in life...

Correct. I've rarely fallen asleep at a Wayne Foundation event.

I've checked into things, and all of Wayne's charitable contributions DO go to the people that need them. I wish they were all that clean. A few years back I was working in the slums of Central City to get shelter and food for the homeless populace. The local restuarants wanted to donate unused food at the end of the business day, but if they did, they would have been shut down for health code violations.
Of course, there was no violation if, say, a known supervillain STOLE the food that was conveniently left in unlocked dumpsters...

Well I suppose that's an admirable if strange use of your reputation.

There's more ways to help the needy than signing an oversized novelty check.
::clicks off the TV::
Well, that's my shows. I'll leave you ladies....and Murdoch....to your cocktails. And go back to my rats.
::gives a little mock bow::
Totally swear, though. One of these nights, I'm grabbing Go-Go and we're putting on a boy's night...

*Once again, our friend Cassie bursts into the building, pursued by tentacles. The tentacles seem a LITTLE less willing to pursue her this time, so only onw gets trapped in the door. Which Cassie is quickly able to sever.*
