Mostly just in combat. Agility, strength... just staying sharp in case some big baddie comes around wanting to cause trouble. Some of my powers can't exactly be practiced.

Oh well I have a place we can work out if you like. I haven't been there for awhile. But I could clean it up a bit.
*Glances over at TJ as she pulls a mug out.* Why can't you practice some of your powers?

People get sort of upset with me when I take over their bodies, especially when it leaves then out of commission for a day or so after I'm done.

I can see how people wouldn't enjoy that. *Takes a sip of her coffee. and leaves the pot in the coffee maker in case TJ wants some a bit later.* I have enough in my head though. I don't think it would like a visitor.

I can fire Hex Bolts. They are sort of like little balls of destruction made from energy out of the dimension dad uses to transport around.
