I mean....there's some aspect of time travel going on here in the Nexus. There're Legionnaires all over the place, and I think freakin' Jonah Hex has even showed up. Man, I dressed up as Jonah Hex for my 4th grade school play about the Old West.
But yeah, the chronology in this place is so screwy that I'm not surprised that people jump back and forth in their own personal time a little bit. And I'm experienced with time travel. It's best not to think too hard on some of it.
