Try not to focus on that, I think you've been doing a great job with Serene. Her personality is really taking some great steps forward and I wish I had your sense of emotional pacing with Ryumon. I have to be careful not to shove too many things it at once (I think i may have failed at that a few times already) but you seem to pace her growth splendidly. I envy your ability to temper the expansion of your characters emotions. It seems so much more natural that way.

He didn't say anything about Serene being stuck up, he pegged her for being stuck up because she had several traits that "Main Branch" Uzumaki have, namely the bright red hair. Please stop taking how a character percieves things as a personal attack on you. smile

Let's not get our knickers in a twist over something like this. We all know that people IN CHARACTER will say some pretty low things, even though it may not be true. It does not by any means, imply the person playing that character has something against you. So please, don't get worked up over something an NPC said.
Also...this is a ROLEPLAY. If your character doesn't like what somebody said to their face...DO SOMETHINTG ABOUT IT! (In character)
Personally? I actually love Serene as a character! I also think she's very brave, smart, and she CAN be very kind.
However, Senri hates practically everything that's NOT Ijimeru. She can, and will say things that Serene, Koto, or anybody else may not like. BUT! That doesn't mean I personally hate them.
So please. Don't get all upset over something somebodies character said to yours.
(Get mad In character and slap them with a chainsaw.) >O

For the record, I wasn't getting upset at all. My comment was just directed to the fact that people (in character) seemed to keep deciding what Serene's attitude is when all she was doing was sitting down and being quiet. Somen said she was being stuck-up, and Senri said she wasn't paying attention. Never said there was anything wrong with either, just commenting on them.
In other news, I had a theory on what Riko's pink-haired guy was up to. Now that I see another pink haired character and I notice their names are Subaru and Suzuki, I think I'm certain. Also you're a jerk for stealing the name I came up with, but since I've stolen like 3 of your characters so far...lets just call it even... ninja
