I don't need any more excuses for people to go around punching me, to be perfectly honest.
What do you do for a living?

Not much at the moment. I was helping Blink with the Exiles but we're sort of on a break from that. At least for now..
I used to be in the X-men when I was younger, though. I grew up around them. At least one of the versions of them anyways. Parallel universes can be tricky to explain, you understand.

Yeah.. the weird thing is that I swore I saw my dad in here the other day.. or.. a version of him. I couldn't tell what "version" he was from a distance.
*grabs a beer from the fridge* So.. I told you a little about me, how about you tell me about yourself?

Well, if your parents named you Hartley Rathaway, you'd probably find a good pseudonym as soon as possible too, so I prefer that people call me Piper. Short for Pied Piper.
As for myself, I was a spoiled rich boy who decided to act out against mommy and daddy, so I got me some fancy tights and used my incredible musical acumen to rob banks and commit themed crimes. Have you heard of the Flash? I was one of his original Rogues in my late teens.
::shrugs::
I don't think I'm a bad guy. I was just a bored kid. I went straight -and that is inherently hilarious, by the way - after serving my time in jail and I've helped out a few heroes in my time.
The last couple years have been lousy for me. My parents were killed, I was framed, and...just...a lot of insanity. I'm laying low for the time being. Figuring out my place in the world.
Sorry, didn't mean to get long-winded on you there. We musicians, we have a lot of lung power.

You're a sweetheart, my dear.

Here's a toast, then, to good intentions and screwed-up times.

Dad? Is that you? or is this another version of him? I hate parallel universes sometimes
