I'm getting relitively bored with my oppenent. He doesn't know how to take a hint to attack first. GAH!

Maybe you should attack first, and you wouldn't have this problem.
I hate people that just sit around waiting for someone else to throw the first punch.

Terren Misuyaki I'm getting relitively bored with my oppenent. He doesn't know how to take a hint to attack first. GAH! I got rel atively bored reading your fight. Why not just bite the bullet and attack first? It's not like there's any danger anyway, you'll both just shoot hadouken's at eachother.

Just to make it easier to reply to you both. I'm trying a new tactic. I'm trying to remain on the deffinsive. Its something I been meaning to try. Anyway, I don't think you all would understand. 9 yrs of being an offinsive RPer, always being the one to throw the first punch, it kind of gets old after a while.

An upward slash with your weapon is also your best friend. If you miss the strike - no worries. You're in a stance to throw a stab quickly, or take a step back and deliver a slash downwards to keep the foe at bay.
domokun Provided that, if you're playing with swords.
As for changing your style to defensive...is it by weapon, or your fiery abilities as well that you're trying to go defense on?
