Keiga stood in the training yard with his katana at the ready. His ocean blue eyes stared intently at the wooden training dummy in front of him. In his mind, the young academy student planned out the strikes he was about to perform on his inanimate opponent. Keiga had a sudden moment of clarity that he knew meant he was ready to attack.
The young swordsman pushed off the ball of his left foot and began his dash towards the dummy with his sword raised high. When he had closed the distance, Keiga slashed down hard across the dummy's shoulder as he passed by. But he wasn't done with his wooden enemy yet. The academy student stuck out his left leg and stopped his momentum so he could quickly spin around and deliver a powerful horizontal blow across the wooden training dummy's waist. Keiga waited with his sword out to his side to see the results of his attack and seconds later the dummy fell apart into three clean cut peices.
The young swordsman let out a long breath as he stood up from his battle ready stance and sheathed his sword before walking out of the training yard.

You misspelled 'pieces' as 'peices' but that looks more like a typo than intentional.
You pass. Good job. cool

It was the sudden warmth that did it, the soft caress of the sun across his cheeks catapulting him into the new day. His excitement was so strong, so real and palpable that it stripped the cobwebs from his mind and vision in a heart beat, so that he practically glowed with vitality as he rose from his slumber. As such it was with a smile on his face and purpose in his stride that Kirk walked in and the out of his bathroom, departing with his hair brushed, his teeth sparkling and fully dressed in combat gear.
His whole form was swaddled in gauze so as to keep all his joints together and tightly packed so that he wouldn't harm himself in the vigorous exercise this day was sure to contain. Over that were more traditional clothing, a black pants and white tee, such as to preserve his modesty and skin from small cuts and abrasions. Strapping on a kunai as he passed his door, Kirk left his house brimming with happiness.
For today was his graduation day.

Your sentence structuring is a little awkward at times, but not to the point of unreadable run-ons. Other than that your grammar is good.

Anaki sat in the busy academy classroom slouching over at her desk. Thoughts were racing through her head. The other students were chatting away about what was in store. She moaned not excited in the least. Anaki was expecting to fail. A voice could be heard from the other room. "Next!" Carefully Anaki stood up, brushing her long brown hair out her eyes. Alright. I can do this. She slowly walked into the dimly lit room to face her sensei and the Hokage.

Though I recommend that you add double spacing in between thoughts and dialogue for more readability. You don't have to keep everything in one paragraph.

A satisfied smirk graced his lips. The world passed by in a blur around him as he raced on. His pursuers tore through the trees behind him, but with a nimble grace he bounded off a large steady branch, and the burst of chakra propelled him even further ahead. Suddenly unexpectedly he forced his body to turn midair. His pursuers gasp in surprise but too late it was. His kusarigama's chain lashed out, the scythe driving right through the first shinobi.
With a grin he tugged, forcing that one to smash into the others before sending them crashing onto the nearby trees. His ears relished the sound of the impact. The force of the throw had allowed himself to stay up in the air a little longer but there was no need. The next moment, with the shifting of leaves, he was gone.

Putting 'Suddenly unexpectedly' next to each other is a little redundant since they both mean the same thing. 'too late it was'; do you mean 'it was too late'? Active voice generally sounds better than passive voice.
Other than that, the action was descriptive and fluid. I could picture it vividly without much of a problem, so good job. You pass. cool

It was finally his turn. Bryan stood up when his name was finally called. The wind was a little strong today, his hair moved in the same pace as the wind. His heart beating quickly as fear grew in his chest.
'What if I mess up? What will I do then?' he thought, but the words of his grand father played back over and over in his head 'Never give up, when you fall get up and try again!'
Almost instantly, his fear of failure vanished as he took out four kunai and threw them at the dummy. All of the kunai hit the dummy on the head signifying a kill. Bryan smiled with excitement as he looked at the sky and said, "Thanks, grandpa."

Aside from that, and one missing period between 'head' and 'Never give up', everything else in your post looks good. I especially like the emphasis you placed on emotions and thoughts.

Luff entered this new, fantastical world of whispers and shadows. She was under the impression that she was a lost avatar from a world called Gaia. "How does one escape to oneself" she thought, still unsure what her new form was. Perhaps she will be like the silhouette seen before the chamber was stained red or maybe like the flower maiden who played a tune for the soon departed.
She began her journey into existence with a single step in all directions. She peered into the windows and argued with many stubborn mice searching this new world for a place to be only to find herself drawn to a strange pocket of space that didn't fit at all. A space called "The RP Graduation Thread."
She peered inside at the many tales unfolding before entering. Luff called out "Is anyone here? I seek guidance.. or rather a shortcut." She sensed from the stories around her that she was to tell a tale of her own. Something thrilling and breathtaking like nothing anyone had ever heard before. Luff had no such story of course so she composed herself and, with a proud tone to hide her feeling of 'lost-ness', told the tale of how she found herself here. She began "Luff entered this new, fantastical world of whispers and shadows."

Luff Explosion Luff entered this new, fantastical world of whispers and shadows. She was under the impression that she was a lost avatar from a world called Gaia. " How does one escape to oneself" she thought, still unsure what her new form was. She sensed from the stories around her that she was to tell a tale of her own. Something thrilling and breathtaking like nothing anyone had ever heard before. Luff had no such story of course so she composed herself and, with a proud tone to hide her feeling of 'lost-ness', told the tale of how she found herself here. She began " Luff entered this new, fantastical world of whispers and shadows." Tap. Tap. Tap.
Mini yawned over her keyboard, eyes blearily browsing through windows for any updates. She had just woken up after all, so it's no wonder that her mind was a hazy mess. Her hands were twitching for some coffee, when she noticed that there were some new posts for The Way of the Ninja guild. Thus, prioritizing her RP life over the conditions of her body, she found herself reading the post of the latest academy student.
Click...
Perhaps coffee wasn't needed at all, as the faint hints of a smile tugged at her lips.
"Clever post," the pixelated humanoid rabbit told Luff. "It made my day."
She then rested her head on her hand and began to briefly analyze Luff's post for any mistakes.
"Guidance, hmm?"
"I see you're missing a few punctuation, like in this particular spot here."
She pointed at the space between She began and "Luff entered this new.
"Outside of that, I don't see anything else wrong with your grammar. Your prose is lovely."
She gave Luff a thumbs up.
"You pass."

Character Name: Seiko Sazanari
Village: Kirigakure no Sato (Hopefully, still waiting on approval)
Age: 12
The village of Kirigakure had been pretty quiet that afternoon, no real things to report other than there was a nice breeze going through the openings of the road the young girl was walking down. She had her first day of studies that morning and was physically tired from all the training she'd been doing. That day they had been working on Taijutsu a lot and her legs and biceps were weak and felt fragile, as though if she tried to pick up something, she would drop it. So much training on the first day should have been banned by whoever it was that made up that schedule. Was there even a schedule? Perhaps it was just made up on the spot by the teacher that was to be in charge of them that day? If so, she didn't like that person anymore. At this point, she couldn't even remember who it was that had been in charge of them.
Rubbing her left shoulder to try and ease the pain, she didn't notice as a short black haired boy about her age was coming up behind her quickly. He was one of the boys she had met in class that morning. He'd grabbed a hold of her arm and quickly told her to run. But, alas, it was too late. And the being he had been fleeing from had come upon them. His gaze seemed depressed and suddenly lifeless, as though running from this person was what defined him as living or dying. How in the Nations could fleeing from someone be a life or death situation?
Staggering and a little out of breath, a Chuunin girl grabbed them both by the arm and started to giggle. The woman was dressed in a black and blue tube top and tiny shorts that barely covered anything essential. Was that legal to wear in public? Seiko was young, but she knew how people should dress if they wished to appear as decent beings and not trashy and overly giving of their body.
"I~ Found~ You~" she slurred, obvious drunk.
The Sazanari child couldn't resist much as she and her male companion were dragged off towards the Housing District of the village. It soon became obvious where the young woman was taking them as they entered the apartment area and came to a door that she promptly opened and threw the children in. They had been taken to her personal apartment. It was on the first floor, and had a window in the front. The shades were drawn so they hadn't been able to see in or out to spy what she had inside that she needed them for so badly. So, as to why she wanted them, they hadn't a clue yet.
An older male in a black jacket that was unzipped, with no shirt underneath, and dark blue jeans was leaning up against the bar in the kitchen. His dark bluish-black hair shifted slightly as he turned his head to spot the two kids in his living room. A grimace showed on his lips as his amethyst eyes turned to meet his room mate and long term squad partner.
"Why do you bring strays into the apartment all the time Asuma. You know you'll just get tired of them and then I'll have to deal with them."
The light brown haired woman put her hands on her overly developed hips and offered up a pout to the attractive male she'd been trying to get to date her since they became Genin. Raising her hand to her hair, she fiddled with her ribbon that held her hair up on the side. It gave her 'ears' that seemed cute when on babies, and silly on older women such as herself.
"So mean, Ashie~. They're my entertainment tonight~! Now! You two! Dance! Your older demands it!"
The young boy that had been drug into the apartment along with Seiko rolled his eyes as the woman couldn't even say 'elder' correctly. Turning his eyes to the girl at his side, he offered her a hand for a dance.
Knowing what he was implying, Seiko took his hand and placed her hand on his shoulder. It was odd having to dance with a boy she barely knew, but if there was no other choice, she would do as instructed. From left, to right, the two young children swayed, hurridly changing their feet up to keep from stepping on each others toes. The boy had been named Rin if she remembered correctly. He was the only one to really talk to her in class, so it wasn't as weird as it would have been if it was one of the other boys.
The children's dance was cut short prematurely as a sudden boom encased the village, able to be heard from everywhere. Seiko ran to the window of the apartment and couldn't see much due to the amount of dust that had cropped up from the sonic boom. Her eyes widened as she remembered most of her family had gone out into the village for some shopping that day. Without a goodbye, she opened the door and ran down the road towards her home.
Coming up on the the door, she slammed it open and spotted her father and aunt waiting in the entry way. They were waiting for her. Falling to her knees, still out of breath, the girl called frantically for her mother and little brother.
Nothing.
Tears streamed down her face as she sat motionless in the doorway. They had been caught in whatever hectic battle had been going on. Two innocent lives lost in the erratic destruction of their Kage, Mistress and whatever it was she was doing that day. Seiko had enough. Lifting herself up, she forced her tears to cease and looked to her father.
"I'm going to bed."
Walking unsteadily past the only two members of family she had left, Seiko headed to the room she had called her own since she was born. Opening the wooden door, she noticed the tiny hole at her eye level that was left from her mother taking notes on her door every morning. She wouldn't be getting any more. Trudging towards her bed, she could almost see and hear her brother mocking her from the other side of the wall, kicking and screaming just to annoy the older child of the house hold. He always knew when she was home. Her door had a squeak that was able to be heard through the wall. It was his way to know his older sister was home and ready to play.
Sitting on her bed, Seiko moved so that her back was against the wall, and pulled the blanket over her legs, which were pulled up against her chest with her arms wrapped tightly around them. Her emerald eyes were dull as she looked straight ahead of her at the wall that held the pictures of her family from the previous summer. They had gone on a little picnic and taken a picture together. Her family was smiling and happy.
No more.
Closing her eyes tightly, Seiko began to sob and shiver uncontrollably. It was time to say it.
The Final Goodbye.

Tenjou was staring at the round clock above the door, each tick and tock of the second hand teasing him. Moving ever so closely to the the top where the almighty twelve was set proudly. He knew once that small, red stick reached it the bell would ring and he would be free. Tick, tock, tick, tock. Sweat dripping down his cheek from his brow, as he eyes focused on it.
'Five, four, three, two, one!' He counted in his head as the second hand reached the the twelve and he was free. The bell had rung and he was first to reach the door, jolting from his desk and out into the hall. It was right when he made out of the academy walls and into the fress air that reality set in; with an alarming screech. "Wake up! Right this instant!" Tenjou could feel the wack of something sturdy against his forehead, and the world around went dark. His eyes open, and he could feel the bit a drool slip past his lips as reality began to set in. He was still in class. Oh God no! He was still in class. He looked to the clock and it was a whole thirtey minutes left. His forehead stung due to his sensei striking him across it with a ruler.
"Now that your back with us, Tenjou, how about you explain to us the basic five elements for ninjutsu." His sensei ordered, her cruelty knowing no bounds. Still caught in a daze, Tenjou hesitated before answering. "Douton, Futon, Katon, Seiton, and Raiton." He answered once he remembered. "Good now how do you learn you chakra affinity?" She asked trying to ensnare him her web of questions? Now fully awake Tenjou could think clearly. "With a special paper, made from a tree that is constantly fed chakra, one must send a portion of chakra through and if it crumbles to dust your doton, if it burns your katon, if it gets wet your suiton, if it splits your futon, and if it crinkles your raiton." A vein appeared on the teacher head as she gave on embarrassing Tenjou before turning to the board. "Very good."
Tenjou smirked and bumped knuckles with his fellow class mate to his right. He managed to burst another teachers bubble just in time for the bell to ring.
