Well every ninja knows the basics, it comes from a combination of two things, Stamina and Experience. We can convert Stamina into Chakra fairly simply but to use it, we need the Experience."

Seeing as this was going to be a speech lesson, I took out a notepad and a pencil and began to take notes on everything she said, I was no doubt going to have to remember this later.

Nakiya ran through the gates oh Konoha. The little brown dog running after her Barking madly as though angered of the fact she can't catch up. "HaHa... your so slow Kara move it or loose it!" She yelled back. She jumped up into a tree swung around the branch a few times as jumped onto a roof, then ran, then jumped again then jumped back to the ground where she was tackled down by the little dog. "Alraight Alraight you got me" She said laughing as she pet her on the head. "You rock Kara... we're going to dominate this exam...".
