Matachi shrugged and simply downed in one go which nearly knocked him out of his chair, but he grabbed ahold of the table just in time as the chair was falling back. But slowly he sagged against the table feeling pretty good at the start of what this was.

Katherine gave a soft bit of laugh at his reaction. "Its not like you to go drinking, did something happen then?" She spoke rembmering a similar conversation with Paradox the day before. She felt like something was there just under the surface that she wasn't understanding.

The scent of the smoke emitted from this particular type of paper and tobacco are powerful and sharp, perhaps related to a type of opiate. He would answer Katherine. "This is something I found while traveling a long time ago. It is expensive and rare. I always keep some on me. It is supposed to soothe people around me." The smoke from this strong tobacco having filled the area by now.

Matachi shook his head as he lay against the table, there was but he wasn't ready to tell her for the fact he was gonna get the same reaction as always..Mirza and Artrious were giggling as they too were watching this. Mirza laughed the hardest knowing father had been drinking abit too much wine last night.

Katherine watched his reaction and her smile faded abit she looked back to Jack then. "Thats intersting." She spoke watching the purple smoke rise she herd giggles nd turned looking to her two boys. A smile touched her lips then. "Leave your poor father be he has had a long night." Though she kept a smile on her lips. "What are your two about today?"

Mirza smiled and walked forward "Causing trouble!" He said playfully as he wore his armor that nearly matched Artrious who was walking up as well "We pranked the treasurer today!" He said

Katherine kept a smile even though she knew that wasn't good. "I hope you didn't scare him over to much." She spoke keeping her manner light actually.

Mirza laughed "We put a dead skunk in his office." He said as he looked at her wondering if they were gonna get in trouble..Artrious was already backing away he was getting room to run if Mother decided to go ape on them and tear them to pieces

Demetri kept himself busy with Hector. He taught him everything he learned while he was away, everything except how to use magic. He didn't feel it was right for hector to learn all of that so early. He could become reckless with it and do something he would regret.

Katherine didn't she laughed abit. "That wasn't very nice of you. I hope it didn't spray we would have to lock down that whole side of the castle." She spoke. She looked to Matachi for a moment he should be feeling a bit better. Then over to Jack for a moment still sucking down the wierd smelling stuff.

Matachi slowly sat up feeling alot better and he looked over at the boys "You didn't..." He said with a smirk "How did you guys even come across it." He said "We killed it and brought it back up here!" Mirza said smiling. Matachi seemed to not be mad, why, because he had also done his share of tricks and such when he was a boy he knew it was just the standard thing

After listening for some time, the corner of his mouth would tilt upwards just a bit, and he would speak. "So your children killed an animal for fun, and splayed it in your husband's office. You have some entertaining, bloodthirsty children, My Lady."

"Not Matachi's office ."She said to Jack then looked back to Mirza. "but how did you catch the thing without it spraying you?" She spoke wondering. They might just be good with animals.
