Deemo didn't say anything after that, he just walked back to the third hokage's house. That night, he began to have many dreams. He woke up in a cold sweat. "Come on, X. Get it together," said a familiar voice. "I know that voice! I know it!" Deemo said to himself. "Rylen!" he finally figured out. "oh man...i can't even remember Rylen's voice? I am slipping," said Deemo as he lyed back down and stared at the ceiling. "He's gonna pay," Deemo said before he slowly shut his eyes and drifted to sleep.
Exo's Scattered Memories....
"Hey, I'll see you in the exams, right?" asked Rikkou. "It looks like you win, Exo...." said Kyo. "We can't let you leave, X. We will achieve our infinite power!!!" said Hunter. "Hey, as long as you're alive, I'm alive! Don't worry about me, dude," said Violet as he went back into the summon scroll. "There's no way I'm telling you!!!!" said Exo as he spit in Skye's face.....

Deemo woke up and went downstairs. There, he saw Athena, Avalon and the third hokage sitting at the table drinking tea. Deemo sat next to Avalon and grabbed a cup. Athena slowly poured him his tea and asked, "Well, how did you sleep?" "Not good. I can feel my memories fading....Real important memories, too," Deemo replied. "Someone is trying to resurrect you, Deemo. I just hope they don't do it before you finish learning jutsu shou," said the third hokage. "I think I have it down packed. But I won't remember it!!" said Deemo. "When you get your memories back, you'll remember your time in the afterlife," said the third hokage. Deemo sipped his tea and said not another word. "You'd better drink up. You've got a match later on," said Avalon. "In the afterlife?" asked Deemo. "Yeah, you gotta put your jutsu shou to work. We have to know if you know the technique or not," Avalon replied. Athena poured Deemo another cup of tea and smiled at him. "Why are you so friendly?" Deemo asked Athena.

Athena smiled and said, "Who cares!" Deemo smiled at her and sipped his tea. After an hour of preparation, Deemo slipped on his clothes and went outside to face Avalon. "So, what does Deemo look like?" asked Deemo. He still had the appearance of Exo. "Oh... I don't know. Maybe you should ask the third hokage after I kick your a**," Avalon laughed. "As if!" Deemo smiled and ran towards Avalon gracefully. Avalon jumped in the air and kicked Deemo in the face. Deemo flipped back and began a handseal. He looked down at his hands and got confused. "I know it!!! REMEMBER!!!!!" he yelled as he fell to his knees. "I can't even remember a simple handseal...." said Deemo. Avalon walked over. "Stop acting like a woman and let's fight," said Avalon. Deemo got up and said, "You're right....You're totally right. I'll get my memories back soon. And then...I can have my family back," said Deemo. "That's the spirit!" Avalon reached back and delivered a hard knuckle to Deemo's face. Deemo flew back into a flower garden. The flower pedals were flying everywhere.

Deemo did a handseal and the flower pedals stopped in mid air. "Hana shuriken...." said Avalon. Deemo shot the flower pedals at Avalon. Avalon jumped from pedal to pedal and approached Deemo. Deemo began a handseal and summoned a single lightning bolt from the clouds above. The lightning was closing in on Deemo. Deemo began the jutsu shou handseal, but he forgot it. The lightning struck and Deemo flew back into the garden. He sat on the ground, thinking. Avalon then did a handseal and his feet started to ignite. Deemo did jutsu shou and stopped Avalon from using the flameglide technique. "Wayto go, X!" said Avalon as he continued running towards him. Deemo jumped in the air and shot a fireball at Avalon. The fireball hit Avalon directly in the top of the head and knocked him on thr ground face down. Deemo landed on Avalon's back and kicked him into the wall of the house. "Okay...let's call it a day," said Avalon while sitting upside down against the wall.

Later....
Exo sat on a tree branch, looking at the sky. "My....mission.....She pulled the rug right from under me, and she didn't even tell me why!" Exo said to himself. All he felt inside was anger and sadness. A man dressed in black and red was walking by when he noticed Exo. "It hurts, doesn't it?" asked the man. "Of course it does...." "That's all the world is, pain. Why should you smile when the world gives you no reason to?" asked the man. "I'm Exo...." "Just call me, Pain," said the man. Exo jumped down from the tree. "Can you teach me some techniques?" asked Exo. "As long as you promise to use them to bring down society," said Pain. "You got it!" "Well, I'll train you. But it's not very safe, the hippies and gothics are in a war right now. Who will you choose?" asked Pain. Exo looked at Pain and extended his hand. Pain grabbed it and shook it.

"What was that?" asked Deemo. "Probably another fading memory," said Avalon. Deemo and Avalon sat in the house sipping tea. "You should go and see Ivy," said the third hokage. Deemo nodded. "Where is he?" asked Deemo. "He's at his home, of course." the hokage replied. "I don't know what to say to him. What can I say? I killed him!" said Deemo. "You at least owe him enough to talk to him," said the third hokage. "Yeah, I guess you're right," said Deemo. "I'll take you there," said the hokage as he put on his cloak and escorted Deemo to Ivy's house. Ivy had a huge house with lots of valuable trinkets. "How did he get it this good?" asked Deemo. "This is the afterlife. Everyone gets what they want," said the hokage. "Really? This is pretty cool," said Deemo. "Are you going to knock or shall I?" "I'll knock," said Deemo as he knocked on the door firmly. Ivy answered and greeted Deemo with glee. "X! You made it!!!" he exclaimed. "Yeah, it's not exactly a good thing, Ivy," said Deemo.

"Hey...no hard feelings about what happened between us, right bro?" asked Ivy as Deemo and the third hokage sat down. "no, not at all. In fact, I came to apologize to you," said Deemo. "That's not neccesary. I forced you to kill me. How did mom take it?" asked Ivy. "Yeah....she kinda....killed dad," said Deemo. "Yeah, I know. Dad was down here. But he got resurrected," Ivy replied. "Man, he's gonna kick my a**," said Deemo. They both laughed. "Why didn't you come back?" asked Deemo. "I don't know. There's nothing there for me anymore..." said Ivy. "You should come back. When my memories come back, i'll find you," said Deemo. "....Okay. I'll go back with you. Then we can go on all sorts of adventures like we planned when we were kids," said Ivy. "Oh yeah, I forgot about those old times.....I seem to forget a lot of things," said Deemo. "Don't worry, it's only temporary," said Ivy. Deemo smiled. "I should get going," said the hokage. "I'll catch up with you later," Deemo said to the hokage. The hokage nodded and headed out the door.

"So, how is everyone?" asked Ivy. "I wouldn't know. I haven't been home in a long time. I wish I could see them one last time. They probably don't even know I'm dead yet," said Deemo. "So...you're gonna ba Hyuuga Deemo, huh?" asked Ivy. "Yeah, i hear they're big shoes to fill," said Deemo. "Tell me about it. He's a real good bounty hunter. He caught this notorious villian, Villix," said Ivy. "He caught Villix! Villix was my friend!" said Deemo. "Man, it sucks to be you...and Villix," laughed Ivy. "I should help him," said Deemo. "Dude, you're gonna be a bounty hunter and you're thinking about helping a criminal. You'll be the worst hunter ever!" said Ivy. Deemo and Ivy both shared a laugh. "Well, I gotta get going," said Deemo. "Yeah....promise you'll find me when we both return," said Ivy. "Okay," said Deemo. "No, I wanna hear you say it!" Ivy demanded. "Fine...I promise..." said Deemo

Deemo went back to the third hokage's home and everyone was gathered around for dinner. The third hokage introduced Deemo to the other hokage. "It's an honor," said Deemo as he bowed to the ninjas. Athena brought him a plate. "You have a very lovely wife," the first hokage said to Avalon. "She's not my wife. But she is lovely," Avalon replied. The hokage began whispering to each other and they all erupted in laughter. "What's funny?" asked Avalon. They all stopped laughing and said, "Nothing," in unison. Avalon looked at the men curiously. Athena began to blush. "So, Deemo. I hear that it was you who defeated Nara Kyo," said the fourth hokage. "Yes sir. It was me. But my friends helped out a lot," Deemo replied. "Yes...friends can be a most valuable treasure....But they can also take your girlfriend and have a one-night stand with her. Then never call her again," said the first hokage. "I told you I was sorry! Let the past be the past!" the third hokage replied. Deemo laughed.

Later that night, Deemo began having more dreams. And his memories faded into nothing. His time in the afterlife was getting shorter and shorter and he would soon fade back into reality with no memory of his previous adventures. He would start a new life with new friends and new responsibilities. "There's no way I'm breaking my promise to Ivy. I'll find him...." said Deemo as he drifted to sleep. Avalon lyed in the bed with Athena as he had just gotten home from his day with Deemo. "Do you ever wanna go back?" asked Athena. "Sometimes...but we've got it good in the afterlife. I don't have to worry about you," said Avalon. "But if we're together all the time, you wouldn't have to worry me. It would be great, let's go back!" said Athena. Avalon said nothing. He sat there thinking. He didn't want to lose Athena again.

Deemo sat up that night, too. The third hokage came to his bedside. "Deemo?" he asked, seeing if Deemo was awake or not. "Yeah?" Deemo replied. "There's a heartless outbreak up on earth," said the hokage. "What's a heartless?" asked Deemo. "Heartless are people who give into the darkness in their hearts. Do you think your friends can handle it?" asked the third hokage. "Yeah...as long as they have Vi---Oh wait. Since I died, Violet's dead too. So they know I'm dead..." said Deemo. "I didn't want to alarm you. I just thought you should know since you'll be going to Earth tomorrow," said the third hokage. "Yeah...thanks. For everything. I won't forget you," said Deemo. "Don't make promises you can't keep, Deemo..." said the third hokage as he walked out of the room. Deemo drifted to sleep and a tear rolled down his cheek.

"Thanks, mom," said Exo as he hugged her. "I really am sorry for what I did to Ivy..." Medan patted Exo's head. Exo walked over to Crush, who was still laying on the ground. Exo offered a helping hand. "Huh? I don't get it," said Crush. "I'm helping you up....I've fought plenty of friends before. And no offense, they were stronger than you," said Exo. "But...I betrayed you," said Crush. Medan walked over to Exo and Crush and said, "Everyone deserves forgiveness, Crush." Crush smiled. "So what now? I'm just supposed to wander into the mysteries of life? I'm supposed to just pick up and continue with my life?" asked Crush. "Maybe you should wander into mystery....but we can go together...." said Exo with a smile on his face. "Yeah..." Crush said as he took Exo's hand. Exo helped him to his feet and everyone crowded around. "Hey, Lilli, do we still have some time to finish our Rasengan training?" asked Exo. "Are you sure you have the energy for that?" asked Lilli. "You of all people shouldn't be asking me that!" said Exo. Medan looked at Exo witha stern glare. "Oh...sorry mom!" said Exo. Everyone laughed. "Come on, we should get going!" Demnyx said. "Yeah..." Exo replied. He kissed him mom on the forehead. "Come and visit more often," said Medan. He went over to Lilli and they shared an intimate kiss. After they said their goodbyes, Exo, Violet, Demnyx and Crush walked of to the docks and prepared for the perils to come
This memory faded away along with all the others.

The sun rose and the morning was upon them. Everyone watched Deemo as he slowly faded away back to the real world. "Thanks guys....tell Ivy he'd better come up here," said Deemo. "Don't worry...we'll tell him. And we'll be there too!" said Avalon. Athena looked at Avalon and smiled. She jumped in his arms and hugged him. "You mean it!? We can go back?!!" Athena exclaimed. Avalon smiled and laughed. "I guess I gotta find you guys, too! Violet will help me once I get my memory back," said Deemo. "And don't fight Skye yet!" yelled the third hokae. Deemo nodded and faded away. Avalon, Athena and the third hokage all looked at each other and smiled. Avalon and Athena went home and the third hokage went to play Mah'jong with the other hokage. "That Exo, he's a strong one..." said the first hokage. "Stupid, but strong nonetheless," said the third hokage. "I heard that!!!!" said a distant voice.

Shigure's eyes opened slowly and he was covered in blood. His clothes were ripped and he tried to push himself up, but failed miserably. He heard some talking in the background, but he was so woozy he didn't understand what they were saying. A black figure waked towards him, and made a hand seal. Shigure tilted his head up, and tried to distinguish the figure, but only saw the gleam of their eyes. he let his head drop, which caused him to wince in pain. He couldn't move his arms or his legs, then he suddenly felt like he was sinking. Because he was. His body was sinking into the black abyss, then disappeared just like he had came.
