It might be a good idea to add that the clans extra rank to fire jutsu don't apply to that jutsu. I didn't go over anything else once I seemed that the first things was still overpowered.
I don't know what the "Other thing" is I only posted one issue.

So I've read all the bloodlines and taijutsu in full. There are just a couple of things in each bl and taijutsu that I need edited and some that won't work out. However, due to unexpected time constraints i'm not going to post all of them now not only that I need to ask Luo some questions about some things over the phone (Cuz its easier that way). Just posting this for people to know that their customs aren't getting ignored. If you're waiting for a specific bloodline to get approved, you can still create your rpc without the bloodline and begin roleplaying.
