due to the Anglo-Japanese Alliance signed on January 30th 1902.

Anyways, England is England and I always called him such.

IGIKO IS AWESOME <3 (I really love the female countries - although for some reason France female doesn't work anywhere near as well as him male...)
They're separate countries, Scotland has free will, so answering the question won't make a difference, since Scotland will do whatever the hell she pleases even though she's meant to be listening to England.

Northern Ireland isn't seperate though! So that just confuses things again. (yes, Republic of Ireland is happy to say that they have nothing to do with the UK)

Oh! Yes, actually, but it's a seperate entity/nation. Um...I don't really know how to expalin. :/ But it could be considered as attacking both, yes, on paper, anyway.
