Maybe human's aging could be added to my plot. I had been thinking about spells that Len could have been researching when we first started.

Yes. It's one of those theories that it's possible, but what you need for it is unknown.
There is also anti-aging appearance. Which is better studied and Tabby uses it to some part through the changing of her hair color.

Yvonne and the rest of the Vega family have longer lives because they are descended form fairies, but Len wouldn't use them... or at least yet. Who knows what will happen in the future.
Tabby I'm not sure yet. She would probably only use it to make herself look nice.
