Till I heard that speech live... He talked for like twenty minutes as if the speech was planned. WTH!!! Bid Laden was killed like 10 mins before lol...Ya, just thought I'd throw it out there. Btw Greg, I finished that custom and frankly I think I went too light on it. Save for the final stage, but I'll let the mods judge.

@ Duo Lol you think you went light on that clan? Everything about it is overpowered. The fact that you added that there is a chance that the user gets burned doesn't counter act how broken the clan jutsu are.
Edit: HAHA! I just saw a pic with Obama in it that said "Sorry it took so long to get you that birth certificate.

Funny how everything that lead to Bin Laden's death was set in place by Bush, and Obama's been trying to shut down since he got in office. >.>
Honestly though, I don't believe they got him. Send a team of soldiers into what had to be one of the best defended places around, kill the most wanted man on earth, collect his body, and dump him in the ocean, with zero casualties. Yeah, real likely. Not like it could be a set up to jump Obama's popularity, or even Osama pulling a fast one by setting up a double. They can't even prove they took him out, cause they supposedly threw the body into the sea.
Oh, and, if Obama set this whole operation in motion himself, why exactly was he out golfing when it happened? Usually when you know your men are headed in to do such a thing, you stick close to where you can monitor the situation.
But no, I'm sorry. Totally his plan and idea. In fact, he wasn't golfing at all, and there were no soldiers! He did it himself! In person! With his FACE!

I really don't see how. All the jutsu that acctually are worth using are at Jonin and even then there's a backfiring chance. the only thing, in my opinion, that seems a litte overboard, is the aferlife jutsu...
All the other ones are within the lines of the guild. Not one jutsu even last over 5 post. I held back tons of stuff on this clan. These jutsu may seem a litte powerful, but they have their weakpoints. After using them the user gets drained. IE - Jonin Lvl Jutsu cost Sanin Chakra points. So I think thats fair. Besides the weaknesses outweigh the strengths...

Imo it is over powered, things are two sometime three times stronger than they should be. All fire jutsu are stronger by one rank, that means a Genin uses his one Chuunin fire jutsu and it is treated as a Jounin level attack... That is over powered. You just threw in a bunch of over powered fire jutsu, gave people the ability to combine them, then just added a chance that things go bad. It just doesn't seem well done, and things about it can be easily abused to make someone a gmod.

Yes they can use 3 jutsu, but it's not as good as you think. Each jutsu still cost the same and wait what...
Dang it... I thought I made it clear that clan jutsu was treated as one rank higher, not fire. This clan jutsu is Rank by Rank, Genin can't use Chuunin Jutsu.
Even if a Genin makes it to the fourth stage, which is imposible because he HAS to be Chuunin, His chances of successfully prefroming the jutsu is slim due to his lack of discipline. It's still rough around the edges. (I was up at 1 o'clock when I was done...) I do believe it can work, but that doesn't mean it'll be handed out to an illiterate son of a gun. Heck, I don't know if I consider myself literate enough to use this clan
EDIT:
LOL! I messed that jutsu combination part all up... I'm about to go fix it. But what it was spose to do is allow the user to use up to two jutsu at once. I guess I got that mixed up with that jutsu combination idea. You'll see when I'm done. Now I see why you said it was GModish...

You didn't even make it clear that is was fire jutsu, under the strength section it says that Jutsu are one rank stronger. I just assumed you forgot to add fire.
You shouldn't have posted it if it was still rough around the edges, you should have polished it and made sure that it was done correctly so that judgments weren't made on the sloppy copy.
Edit:
The clan jutsu were gmoded as well imo, you gave Genin a jutsu that is two times stronger than the Phoenix flower jutsu. That is close to as strong as a Jounin level attack would be. (That jutsu is hard to judge in terms of real power sense Phoenix flower isn't a guild jutsu that I saw on the fire jutsu list. In the show it seemed like a Chuunin level jutsu.)

I'm rounding the edges as we go! You don't know it, but I'm using you as my second pair of eyes. I'll check on that jutsu and fix my wording about it.
All that other stuff we went over is fixed though.

There that's fixed too. I meant the Incinerating Hail Technique, but I was thinking about another technique. Maybe we used to have it, Idk, but theres some new ones I don't know lol

I assumed you were looking at the things I mentioned.
The only other piece of advice I can give is that if the clan is rejected because it basis is pulling power from spirits then you could change them to something closer to the buddist palm fighting style that was in the show.
Were the dragons are still there but there not living entities, more just a image that might pop up behind the user, or something along those lines.
Also seems pointless for normal jutsu to cost extra if there not stronger. If you want to keep it as a weakness then go for it but it doesn't make any sense to me.

The stage two fire ball thing is still a Jounin level of attack power. The incendiary hail jutsu is Chuunin and equal to the fire ball clan jutsu. Well all clan jutsu are upped in power by one rank making it Jounin level. So someone would use a this Genin level clan jutsu, pay Chuunin amount of Chakra but have the power of a Jounin level attack.
Also in the * section of the second stage you still have Phoenix flower down.
