The only reason I made a Scotland is because she's fighting her independance back from Alice, though she's a bit scared.

ARTHUR, is just ENGLAND - he represents the UK cause England is the capital, right? But he's not the entire UK cause that would be disregarding his brothers and the rest of the empire >:

He's kinda the UK *defending Scots, Irish and Welsh here else they'd come in with pitchforks and fire at the English - Only the Welsh seem to have been happy to say they're part of the UK* >.<;
Yeah he say's: 'My name is England, formal name the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland'
But I still think that's cause he owns the UK so he represents it - if he was the UK then he wouldn't have brothers would he?

...It's weird. Like, Germany is representing all of his relatives, like Prussia and Bavaria, but he doesn't have a territory representing himself.
But...England seems to represent both the UK and England, which is within the UK. Confusing much?

Pfft. Hetalia makes any world issue sound so wrong.
But in Japanese igirusu can mean both UK and England right? It says here in the Archives its like He is the characterisation of England and also represents the overall, United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland ( イギリス, Igirisu, or simply UK for short), and is part of the Allied Forces. So he is part UK. So Allies are attacking Alice and Saundra right? ;o

If you think about it as England as the capital, it shouldn't be too confusing... Arthur owns EVERYONE in the UK ;3
And the English never flaunt the flag of St. George (white background red cross) it's always the Union Jack (because it's wrong for the English to be proud of being English when it's not wrong for the Scots/Welsh/Irish to be proud of their nation >>;; )- so giving Arthur that flag suits well.
Nevermind - Arthur should just be England. >.<;;
