Shadow set his glass down and kept calm, his reason probably would nto be understood but he coudl onyl hope. "What was I suposed to do? Selena was angry that the one she loved had come back after so long and hadn't even droped by to see her. She has every right to be angry and I know what she is like when she is angry. Once she calms down I can speak to her and get her to change her mind but until then I can do nothing. I am not going to let anyone use little Juliet for any means, especialy not for revenge." Shadow paused as he felt himself gettign slightly angry, "Besdies, you do not know what it is like... to be bound to someone then have them leave you for good or to have that bond suddenly go quiet, leavign you empty... well I know and she dose. It hurts more than anything you can imagine. Do you know what it is like to die... a true death, it is the only way to sever the bond and then when you feel eternal peice... only to have yourself dragged back into the world of pain and suffering. It is not plesant at all." Shadow fell silent and sighed heavily. he just had to tell someone that, hwo it felt.

Kashan smiled down at Sam his heart filled with a joy that he did not want to disapear, "Good... just wanted to make sure you where prepaird for it is all." he whispered as he kissed her deeply once more and just let himself go, all barries came crashing down and he found himself reaching out with his inherant magical abilities and ever so gently, touching Sam's mind with that ability, linking them for this little moment.

Samantha felt her heart spead up like motor roaring to life thudding against her chest like a fist to a punching bag. She kissed him back and when she felt her mind linking with his she felt his happiness mutliply all of her emotions and her arms slipped around his neck as she continued to kiss him, she was unable to think of or see anything but him and didnt want it to be anyother way.

Alexis felt bad when she saw the woman standing in the door, she couldnt help but feel bad for eves dropping she took out her pen and note pad before she wrote 'sorry, i didnt meen to overhear' she wrote in the elegant script before turning the paper to Sakura

Shadow was more angry at himself than anything else, he never expected Sakura to take his infromation the way she had, "Sakura... I'm sorry. I didn't mean to get angry. You really have no idea how lucky you are to still have your first love and not have to feel the pain." Shadow paused as Sakura went off at him wich he expected, his actions were not the best, he had got lost in the moment. "Well, maybe she should but as you do not know, the simple mention of an old lover can send you off into a world of pain that hurts more than anything and your mind stops working at that point." he said mainly in defense of his own stupid actions that lead to some terrible things happening. "I'll inform Selena that her information was flawed and that she should calm down and leave everything alone, besides, I am not going to let anyoen use my family, Juliet is my only grandchild, I will do what ever it takes to protect her and you. Besides... once oyu have had your heart torn out and crushed infront of you... it is near impossible to talk to that person again." he said as his eyes dropped. He was not ready for that, Sakura had given him looks that he never wanted to see from her. "Come here... please?" Shadow asked as he stood up.


Kashan forcused ont he moment, feeling everything she felt at the time and much much more. Thier feeling mixed and amplified bringing around somethign he had not expected. He found himself totaly lost in this near perfect moment, the beating of her heat echoed in his ears. This was only part of it, the rest was comming soon and since he had only heard rumours of how it all felt with such a connection, he was willing to see if they were indeed true.

Samantha felt what he was feeling and couldnt help but realise what he did as well, everything was completly perfect, he made sence to her, she didnt know why and she didnt really care since the only answer she needed was that she loved him, that was all that mattered. She pulled herself closer to him and continued to kiss him, her arms locking around his neck, she wasnt planing on letting him go.

Sakura looked at him for a moment, her eyes widened when he mention Juliet was his only grandchild. She suddenly lowered her head slightly, so her bangs covered her eyes. "......Who are you?........" she said softly as she stood there, tears starting to form in her eyes. "You have two grandchildren or did you forget that I gave birth to twins!" she said before turned back toward the door. "Why don't you talk to me when you remember who you are....." she said as she left the room and out the back door, tears streaming her cheeks.

Shadow felt a little embaresed about how he had acted infront of everyone else. It was a side of himself that he would have prefered to keep away and hidden until the worst of times had come. "I'm sorry you had to witness that Isabella... I have embaressed myself yet again." he mumbled, in the heat of the moment he had forgot she was still sitting there when they had a conversation to finish. He then heard what Sakura had said. Shadow had not seen Tori in so long that he had drifted from his mind. "How long has it been since I have seen little Tori... I'm sorry Sakura... I... I... failed..." Shadow said as he fell back into his chair, a blank look on his face. "She will never forgive me for this one. How could she." Shadow mumbled to himself as he felt his mind slowly drifting away from him once again as it had done back when Sakura was just a child.

Kashan decided it was probably about time for the next step, full pysical contact, the final barries would fall and then it was a little into the realms of the unknown for Kashan. Having this link opened during such an act was something he had not experianced before and wanted to share it with Sam.

Samantha was slightly confused by what he ment by barriers but thought little of it, she was loosing herself to her emotions. She soon found her eyes closing for a moment, it was a strange feeling she had like that one moment was relaxing while the rest were filled with so much emotion and the emotions were coming back three times as more pronunced.

Alexis felt bad for over hearing the conersation. She stood silently and walked into the dinning room pausing lightly in the door way, She turned her not pad towards Shadow and on it were the words ' sorry, i didnt mean to voer hear... is everything okay?' the words writen in an elegant script
