She followed him, shaking her head.
"I wondered if you'd believe me. I'm not my spirit-self, Seph. No wings, no light, no staff. I've tried the staff, too. And no ijutsu power."
She stopped in the middle of the hallway. She wanted to stop Seph with a hand, but it passed through him.
"...Two places?"

Nyl Phairen She followed him, shaking her head. "I wondered if you'd believe me. I'm not my spirit-self, Seph. No wings, no light, no staff. I've tried the staff, too. And no ijutsu power." She stopped in the middle of the hallway. She wanted to stop Seph with a hand, but it passed through him. "...Two places?" "But bodies don't retain any chakra after death. I should know, I don't feel-" He cut himself off. "-dead people." He said, quickly replacing what he was about to say with something else. He froze and shuddered, looking back at her. "Yes.. two places, Nyl. Your Ghost is retaining some of your own Chakra. I was trying to choose which point to investigate first. Imagine my surprise when I saw your Ghost. Your body is also retaining your Chakra."

Nyl Phairen "...We're talking about the body I literally walked out of a couple weeks ago, right?" She stepped through him, turning around in front of him and walking backwards. "And you don't feel what? I'm dead, yes, but I still pay attention." "Yes, your body. The one in the Medwing." He closed his eyes and took a deep breath. "Please stop doing that." He said, stepping to the side and making his way further down the hall. "I can feel your Signature on both -you-, as in, your Ghost, and what I'm taking to be your body, in this direction, which I take to be the Medwing." He pointed. "That leads me to believe that, somehow, you've retained some of your signature when you left your body. I suppose it's not anything too strange. Spirits often do this to hold something that's still theirs close. I suppose you're someone of.. well.. A poltergeist." He continued to the hall. "A very powerful, not-so-angry one, I hope."

"So...you do think I'm dead, still." He shook his head as he approached the Medwing door. "Nyl, have you ever heard of an 'out-of-body experience'?" He turned towards her. "Think of it like that. You're not dead, Nyl. Many people have explained lifting out of their bodies and watching as doctors operate on them from above, but no one can see them. You've just found a way to materialize your form for all to see. And feel. Your body, Nyl.." He opened the door and walked in, making his way to the her hospital bed. "Is still very much alive."

She flinched. "You had to use that analogy, hm?" She followed him in, feeling quite strange looking down at herself. "How did you, who have been around for five minutes in the past two weeks, figure this out, and no one else did?"

I've been here since the Kyuugi incident. I just haven't been.. well, Social." He nodded to this. "I haven't been keeping up with much of anything these last few weeks. Only until recently, about yesterday, did I start coming back to reality." He sat down. "Every now and then, I'd feel two of you. I knew you were in the medwing, I was keeping good track of that. But today, I managed to pinpoint this.. second you." He opened her eye and examined for a few seconds. "So I came looking. For a bit, I was very surprised. Then everything clicked." He looked up at Ghost-Nyl and smiled. "I don't really know -why- no one else noticed. Or if they did, why they didn't say something. You're still alive, Nyl. I can feel your pulse right now."

((I wasn't aware you taught in light. I haven't learned anything, and I'm shojiki xd !))
She had a very startling moment of seeing Seph from an above angle and a below one.
"Alive? ...But...but I can't be...I mean...how can I have survived...after using up my last rebirth...and being shot in the heart? None of my...my people, are they?...have ever survived one of those, let alone both."
