Well, I don't think anyone really knows Oto exists yet, besides the people of the village.
Maybe Kage or two, but I don't know the specifics.

Sorry Duck. I'd mail you a marmot, but the damned things are hard to catch. Plus I'd probably get in some legal trouble. Then i'd have to quit POTS, go into hiding, and wait for the heat to blow over. On another note... Could you please post in "Operation increase Hikaro's skills?"
